The elephant in the room that no one seems willing to discuss is the ongoing mass immigration crisis--estimates are between 7 million and 11 million people entering the US illegally since the 2020 election. That's a lot of people to house, and I assume they're competing for space at the lower end of the marketl

Altos Research says that higher mortgage rates creates more houses on market - which is the opposite of what would seem to make sense. However, when I listen to his explanation, it makes sense as lower rates cause more demand which pushes inventory down due to demand. Lower rates also cause more competition which in the end, pushes prices higher.

Real estate agents have literally worked themselves out of a job. They goaded and pumped this market to the point that transactions are at historical lows, lowest in 30 years and when factoring in increased population, its even relatively worse than then

Houses itself is overvalue, interest rate is not make any changes weather it 3% or more

Interest rates cannot go down. There are bigger issues. The housing market is not that important compared to the big issues.

Are we just gonna NOT do a video on the biggest change to ever hit real estate? Watch these realtors point the finger to the “bad ones” who enjoyed looking in the MLS for their pre-determined commission on the listing! Of course it’s always been negotiable, this fact just never seemed to come up very often with 1st time buyers! Pay your NAR dues and sleep in the bed you made, weasels.
