@@nitroneonicmanhe sold it when interest rates were still under 4% and since then it’s gone up $80k +. We live in SoCal…He sold for $850k. Now worth over $900k

@@buildingbuildercip8292 Yeah the SoCal market is definitely crazy. That being said it's only worth what people are willing to pay for it an unless someone actually paid $900k for it after he sold it then I'm not sure I'd trust the Zestimate. Number of home sales is down by a lot right now, a lot of properties are sitting on the market for a while. Doesn't mean that he couldn't have gotten more for it, but it definitely isn't a guarantee he would.
