So strange how this guy went from insanely overrated in NY, to insanely underrated in Houston. He isn't a superstar and he isn't a scrub. He is a solid NBA point guard who still has a lot of growing and improving to do before he reaches his ceiling.

people behating on jlin tough but you gotta admit the dude got some skills. and a very nice finisher around the around the rim for someone who doesnt finish above the rim. just because he's not getting his neck over the rim doesnt mean he's not athletic. body control, coordination, agility, and balance is what he excels at athletically.

he has no ability in his left hand while finishing around the rim.....my only criticism
@leeramundo1988
10 жыл бұрын
Yeah he really needs to work on that. Driving with his left though, he's gotten much better at. Still, my biggest criticism for him is driving into the lane, jumping up, and throwing a bad pass. He still needs to work on his handles, which will help with this, allowing him to keep his dribble alive instead of picking it up when there's no pass there. He also needs to recognize when it's better to just take the shot. He didn't have as big a problem with this in New York because they ran the PnR all day, while for some reason, Houston rarely does. But still, it's his biggest flaw and he needs to work on that to reach the next level.
His form is fkn beautiful

What a lot people don't realize is that he shot over 50 percent as a guard in NCAA Division 1 not just for one year but for two years in a row! You have to be extremely good to do this. James Harden couldn't even do it.

Streaky shooter, great passer, crafty finisher, quick and agile, smart player. These Lakers fans better stop complaining about Jeremy.
I am soooo proud of this guy!
Critics say Lin is Turnover prone (3.6 TO in his Linsanity season) & a bad defender (1.6 Steals per game in his Linsanity season and the following year); if so consider these FACTUAL STATS from other starting PG's who have more Turnover (TO) then Jeremy Lin: Stephen Curry (4.3 TO); Russell Westbrook (4.0 TO); Deron Williams (4.0 TO); Steve Nash (3.8 TO); John Wall (3.9 TO); Rajon Rondo (3.9 TO). As for being a bad defender, consider these STEAL (STLS) stats from other starting PG's: Steve Nash (0.3 STLS); Jose Calderon (0.6 STLS); Deron Williams (0.8 STLS); Damian Lillard (0.8 STLS). The facts clearly show that LIN is not so bad in either category (he is probably above average in both category). FACT'S DON'T LIE! All this to say the Critics are either HATERS or just plain RACIST!
Those shot fakes and first steps are soooo smooth
Lin is a beast! Man, he didn't even get drafted! The amount of work Jeremy has put in is just mind blowing.
Nice one Clutch.
his highlights are like watching jordans timing superb
Beautiful compilation. I'd like to be able to put this on a loop and watch and or listen to this all day.
Lin scored a perfect score on the math part on the SAT. This nigga is smart and he gets buckets lol
What a smoothly play, how beautiful it is.
good for this guy man, had to deal with so much shit but is now ballin out of control because of it, shit shows character
Set JLin free my brothers!! Howard + JLin = deadly combo
His jump shot is beautiful!
Lin has ELITE speed and acceleration. Its mesmerizing to watch. He strong too
Why my Lakers fans hating on Lin. I like how he attacks the rim. His jumper is on point. His D may be lacking, but signing a defensive coach and using team D may help that. But he a beast. Nice pick up Lakers. Damn, I like how he goes to the basket no matter who down there. His turnaround jumper hot too.
McHale doesn't know anything he cuts off Lins minutes.
I came here because everyone saying Jeremy can't go left so I thought i'd do some research. Boy were they wrong.
Lin is one of the best players in the game, I also respect his character. -Paint The Sky,Blew!!!
He's underrated now but if u see wat he had to go through to get that starting spot was crazy
lin can ball. haters hate harder
Lin has a very good first step...catches everyone off guard and just swerves right besides them like its nothing.
This is amazing
omg! i didnt know he was that good! so talented!
I love this video . thx !
Thank you so much!!!
Jeremy Lin is actually good he's like a top 15 point guard, another good under appreciated player
Nice arc in that jumpshot!
Can't wait for this eason, J.Lin will float our Laker boat!!!

Jeremy Lin is so gifted offensively plus he is an underrated defender, I hope he can go to a team that recognizes his basketball talent.
He is beast off the pick and roll and hes got dem acrobatic moves in the paint, hes gonna be solid at lakers next season, could be an all star

Well done
awesome
6 man of the year
I love they sound when lin makes 3 its like awesome
I love Jeremy !!
Yo, Lin be clutch.
Knicks wouldnt be so bad this season, if Lin is still there!
Welcome to the Lakers Lin
Welcome to the lakers baby linsanity!!
remember lin got them to the playoff two years straight, a few years back they didn't get to the playoff.
You know what, I first started watching his games just because he was asian. I then continued to watch his games and ultimately became a fan, because he's just GOOD
That half reverse though
Welcome to L.A jeremy!
he has made a huge leap from last year
He does a great job using the rim shield himself from potential blocks.
The last play was nice.
Welcome to L.A. Let the haters hate.
welcome to the lakers man, I hope you make a great season with my lakers!!!
6:55 is what makes me happiest he's gonna be on the lakers, that he plays hard the whole time
Knicks were scared of that balloon payment in the 3rd year of Lin's contract ... but then they went ahead and got Bargnani, Felton, and picked up JR Smith's contract. Maybe Dolan can one-up himself and get Carlos Boozer, Deron Williams, and Andrew Bynum.
This guy got the potential but they won't give him more minutes
A future all-star no doubt. Just need some more tweeks in his game, but I definitely wanted him to stay in a Knicks uniform. They could have been a great team with him in a Knicks uniform rather than Felton. No offense!!!
LIN好讚喔 ^_^ 謝謝分享~.
Your highlights are so great! Can you make one of Tracy Mcgrady next time please?
McHale cuts Jeremy Lin's minutes. Hamilton gets more minutes than Jeremy. If the rest of the season is like this, then major sports writers and news papers need to call for McHale to be fired immediately. This is getting way to out of hand. Why won't anybody of any merit, like ESPN, report on this subject. The players union need to have some kind of power over this, because this is abuse of a player.
Welcome to La man! Always wanted him yo play with us
Good ass player! He will definitely help the lakers next season
很不错,小林同学加油!!!
He's dunking a lot more then he did before.
just love it when he connects with howard
the last ball was great!!
knicks should have kept Lin , its not like they'll have Anthony for much longer.

HADGER24532 The team owners are usually just want to cut the tax, not to make money. It simply sounds bad when you are paying extra money when running a team.
i don't know why people have this idea that Lin is a small dude or weak at the rim, this boy right here is a legit guard at 6'3 210lbs, he got length, speed, and is decisive... y'all triiippinnn not his fault he didn't fit well with the rockets and Patrick Beverly got all his minutes, and in my opinion has half the talent that Lin does....
From Linsanity.. Jeremy Lin is now underrated.
Now if only he can stay healthy
lin underrated severely
Thats why we like J Lin
He just needs to become more consistent with his 3's and that would open up so many avenues for his game. Also, that shot make at 9:06, I would love to see that Lin more often; as a coach I would much rather live with that shot missing than one of Lin's unconfident turnovers.
wow houston trio getting some love do a chris bosh highlights next for miami trio to be complete
good pass skill
My goodness, Lin was wet from 3 in that Sixers game

to bad the rest of the team mates where dry.
Lin, howard n harden = blast off
Lakers
Patrick Beverly has the lowest Pie and Efficiency rating for a starting Point Guard in the Whole League. I did the research and it's true. They have the largest differential gap in back-up being better than the starter. I could post my findings if people ask for it. It's up to us to inform as many people as possible about coach McHale's and the roster's mistreatment of Lin. The mainstream sports media sure isn't going to do it.
@tvanliew67
10 жыл бұрын
Beverly isn't there to score. His job is to ware down and frustrate opposing point guards. He's one of the few pure defensive guards in the league and is a valuable asset against the Damian Lillard's the Russell Westbrook's and the Stephen Curry's of the western conference. Jeremy Lin isn't a bad defender. as some would have you believe but he isn't amazing either. He's significantly better offensively than Patrick and can take over games in a way Patrick probably never will be able to. But it makes sense to not have two players on the court (Jeremy and harden) who need the ball to score. If Jeremy became a more reliable spot up shooter he would easily be starting in my opinion.
@ps8521
10 жыл бұрын
tvanliew67 Did you even watched the Rockets' games? Lin completely shutdown Lillard to 0pt the entire 4th quarter of game 6 during the playoff only for Mcfail to replace him with Beverley with 0.9s remaining. And what happened? Lillard scored the game (& series) winning 3! If you bother to check the stats, you'd find that they have similar defensive ratings during the regular season & Lin had far superior defensive rating over Beverley during the playoff. During that series, Beverley got owned by Lillard for the first 2 games & Rockets lost the first 2 home games. After that, Lin was assigned a bigger role & played more minutes & closing games over Beverley.
Welcome to LA!
He's gonna have a breakout season with the sixers.

Watch Linsanity strike again once he stops playing with ball magnets such as Harden, Howard and Melo. This guy is the ultimate team player
