Racist or racism actually does have a definition.....this fits that? Has he said he thinks Asians are lesser humans than blacks because of dna or has used racial slurs against Lin? If not exactly how is this racist exactly?.....stupid, weak, woman-like yes but racist...... no. Too many people throw around the racist word when people are just stupid ignorant or just bigots(there is a difference btw)

Daniel Cormier Crying Meme blacks don't like it when others wanna shit on us doing or having things like dreds but when others start doing the same things it's now cool cutting edge or new. Twerking for example....black women have been getting shitted on for years by people for it, now white chicks twerk and go to dancing classes to learn to do it and have fun....why? Mylie Cyrus made it cool now I guess.
Jeremy handled it very professionally
"as long as you recognize where stuff comes from, I'm all good with. It's when you claim that you discovered some stuff, I have a problem with it." Kind of ironic considering blacks were NOT the first culture to wear dreads. No one has to pay homage in order to wear a hairstyle.

The world in essence is built historically on the amalgamation of different cultures. I've never understood the foolishness regarding being offended by cultural appropriation. It's rediculous. The very english language, as just one glaring example, has like 5 languages as it's origins.
ESPN critisized so much Cam Newton for his comments but give a pass to Kenyon Martin for an even worse comment. It seems you can't make the smallest remark about blacks, gays and women in this country, but with everybody else, you can be as racist as you'd like.

I remember that Bo Derek shit. I was 10 years old then. When Black women and girls were getting suspended from work and school for wearing braids, it became the start of the double standard when it comes to beauty in the U.S. It sucks. I worked at places where dreads weren't allowed, so I had to wear a wig. In sports and showbiz, there is a little more room for expression when it comes to hair & tattoos. It's interesting how the people who defend locs are the ones who don't wear them.

im saying this one more time for u soo call experts out there keep saying dreads come from india or vikings or all other nonsense places. dreads, braids come from africa. fact #1 if u belive in geographical evolution, africans are the oldest people on earth. we all originated from africa. therefore african was the first to came out with dreads. fact #2 the indegenious Wodaabe people wear lock and dreads. they color their hair with red clay and oil. its there way of beautifying themself. its like gel for them.
