Jennifer Nettles is utter perfection...She really pours her heart and soul into her music...This duet is amazing!!!

Jennifer is one of our best female vocalists. She is incredible.

10 years later and this still blows me away….

I can tell you from experience that this isn't just a song that you hear, it's also a song that you live.

The harmonies at 1:27 and 2:28 are AMAZING!!!! Goosebumps even after watching this 30+ times. She is one of the VERY rare female country artists today who have the traditional country sound. Love this collaboration!

actually their voices go great together they should do a duet win lose. this guys tone is awesome for lack of a better word.. great duet

The harmonies are amazing. Jennifer has the best vocals ever. But the conviction she gives a song just takes it over the top. I remember the video for this song and her crying. Wow. John does an awesome job as well.

Yes Jennifer is great at picking talented people but I think that she is also very good at her job! She knows how to harmonize and let the other person shine as well. I was really impressed with her ability to do different styles other than what I was used to her doing, Country. So go Jennifer Nettles!!! :):)

This was the first song that ever made me notice Jennifer Nettles. I am not a country music fan, but I was so very impressed with her voice and this song. This duet has to be one of the best I have ever heard. I agree....nothing can top this.

jennifer nettles has that kind of voice that sounds good with any singer, very strong nice tone.

Amazing, just when I thought I couldn't love this song more. Jennifer Nettles is an amazing powerhouse vocalist who can sing the phone book and be perfection, but its the conviction she sings with. I think she is simply the best when it comes to singing.

She is the total package. There is a lucky guy out there somewhere. What a voice and performer she is

jennifer about jumped out of her shoes when they hit mid point in this song. she is amazing, but seriously, glosson kills it. so glad she was able to share one of HER awesome songs with such a talent like John.

Jennifer grew up in Douglas, Ga John is a business owner and singer in Douglas. He does a lot of singing for all occasions in the US.

The best duet, of the night.. Besides the performance, the song itself makes it that much more..

Too bad they did not sell dwonloads of these duets on itunes because without a doubt I would have bought this one. Simply beautiful. Amazing together. Their voices blend so well that they made this song come alive. Such emotion. I at least got to put it in my playlist but would have loved to have a download for my music library to take with me where ever I go to listen to when ever I want.

This was the best duet and the show lost all credibility when John didn't move right to the top of the list. The voting system is biased and doesn't work. John blew all the other contestants away. His voice was clear, powerful, and in perfect pitch. He's a pro. Anyone who can sing like that with Jennifer Nettles deserves to be in the business. Congrats to both of them.

I had the joy of seeing Sugarland in concert in 2018.. When Jennifer sang this I felt it so much and felt her raw emotion it brought tears to my eyes! This song is so moving.. but let me tell ya there is definitely something about hearing it live..

WOW, I also just ran into this singer. and both have just beautiful voices... I so appreciate it and it was meant for me during this period of my life..
