OH MY SHIT!!!! I haven't even listened to this yet. THANK YOU FOR DOING IT!! It was just a demo - never released, and these were scratch-tracks. They didn't know what the song was going to be. She doesn't even have a second verse - they hadn't written the lyrics yet.
It's just a slice, a moment in time, of passionate connection with notes attached. Never finished, never officially released.

Growing up in Glasgow, i have loved Elizabeth Fraser since the early Cocteau Twins days.. keeping this in demo mode kept it real, letting you feel the connection between the two of them.

I really get that, never thought of that before but its obvious now you have said it. That must be true of any demo recordings - before the recording process removes everything...

People will gripe about it being unfinished. Liz Fraser even caveats the song due to its incomplete state. I honestly think its befitting though, given Jeff Buckley's untimely death. Very sad.
