I work at Amazon Berlin we get payed close to the minimum wage, and i would say 70% of the employees are temporary workers hired by an external company (including myself). I once didn't get paid for 2 months and Amazon and my employee were throwing the ball at eachother, i never got paid my total salary. Are these called good working conditions? Give me a break

" Having supportive people in your life make you end up being able to take risks" This is such a true statement, in most cases, there are people around you who will criticize what you do and in fact to give you more negative information on how you could fail if you are to proceed with your ideas, but if you have your immediate family or friends supporting you or giving you courage with positive information it gives such energy to initiate action and drive forward with a positive mind. In my case my mom, my wife, and two daughters, wife is full time with me in the business working on establishing our little business in London " we are selling our products on Amazon too" and my two daughters provide us so much knowledge and information with their support to achieve our targets. What I am trying to say is that if the family remains the same in love and unity even after achieving their goals and being victorious it is the greatest ever goal you could achieve in life.

I get what you're saying, it's dreamers like him who change the world but forget that not everyone is as committed to the vision as he is especially when he's not sitting on billions of dollars like Musk, so I agree. On the other hand there are so many companies that require nonstop work from employees and they're not changing the world, they're doing jobs that robots could do. So...these people live in US, they have choices to go get other jobs but they want to stick around for the success of the big vision...that comes at a price (sadly and always)...one problem of capitalism is unfairness of pay :-\ and yet fairness in the fact that everyone can go out and start their own business...it's an odd world.

I also remember lousy customer service. Well, yes. That's still around. but Amazon? If a refund is in order, even though the customer service rep tells you 3-5 days, I've had it where the refund appears in my checking account 5 hours later. Clearly stating he never let anyone get in his way no matter what even if he haves to act fake around them to hide his true feelings, which gets to me because I can relate. been pushed around but It only made me become wiser and humble towards others been called cocky and biased to those have it less than me; those doing better ahead of my time calls me naive,Funny Which haven’t gotten where I want to be but I’m sure what I want to do without a care for money or validation ; those who are my at early 20’s say my type are boring and a loser however I like to do many things going on for myself whether they don’t know that but not like it matters just a waste of time and energy. Just because I like things most probably find sophisticated lifestyle doesn’t define your personality fully I’m also goofy, weird, energetic, positive, sensitive, I might workout but I still feel less about my looks but healthy and smile because I used to be a grudge but people could make a change self made.
