No if there are no ideas there are no execution. Ideas are like a base. If there's no base there's no construction. To build amazing house you need a base. Same thing with ideas. You need ideas then execution and then build on those ideas. They all connect each others. If you remove one step then everything will crumble.

It's important to surround yourself with talented people. None of the business leaders in "Game Changers" achieved success on their own. They all had teams of talented people who helped them achieve their goals.

Gates is now focused on philanthropy, while Zuckerberg is young, has massive power & drive and is already the 4th richest man alive.

Well, I've never needed Facebook for that. A whole lot of people are not on Facebook. The site has become what old highway exits used to be, covered in advertisements. Twitter is much better for finding people and communicating.
