Combined with my cowl intake (7" Cone Filter) and other exhaust components the 4.0 can definitely breathe better over stock.

Just purchased this header for my 98 XJ. Did you ever figure out what the deal was with the "cockeyed" bolt/washer? Did you replace it, if not, has the larger washer hack held up? I'm kind of surprised I haven't seen any other reports of this. How's the header been so far? Thanks for the great vid!

No issues so far, still setup as in the video. A 3/8" fender washer would do the same thing without the double stack...

@@craftsmancollaborative Thanks man. Appreciate it. My header came today and it didn't come with the bolts, did yours come with? If not, what ones did you buy to replace the factory bolts?

@@stkhoops did you have the issue with that bolt as well or was it because he is using the newer intake manifold? I'm looking at purchasing this header my banks header cracked in a few spots and I'm currently installing the edelbrock head.

Where do oxygen sensors go

If your jeep is a 2000, how come you do not have the tow cats on the exhaust manifold? Thank you

Do you know if they will fit a tj? Been looking for a good set of headers

I’m sure they would make them for a TJ with the 4.0 as well. Part # GP400S-C is specific to an xj iirc.
