Know your biases, because bias is how you (and others) perceive the world. Being more self aware of it prevents you from being blindsided by it, most especially when someone is trying to trigger you.

In my experience as an INFJ, I found the ONLY way I can intrinsically be and understand who the creator intended me to be is to always seek solitude,my level of ratiocination, self actualization and self-awareness goes through the roof!. I don’t even watch TV because of the imprinting through the Ads/Commercials and also the TV “Programs” content. The world inside my head is fu*king fascinating and I am hollowed out to critically think and analytically reason and research and fill myself with information looking for the truth in whatever it is that I noticed behind the facade put before us.

Damn...this really hit hard. I have no TV at my house, had it turned off because I noticed my kids were turning into zombies, but the benefits were tremendous - to them and myself. When my wife left me and our boys, I really became reclusive. If not for my kids, I probably would have completely withdrawn. I can specifically relate to your point about being inside your head. The movie playing, the soundtrack, the conversation, the narrative running in my head, is far more stimulating than what I encounter out in public, at work or in general. I find very few people "engaging"

I have always thought that television was the most non productive invention man ever created. Years later it still holds true with me. I've seen it as a giant commercial with our society being controlled, guided and manipulated into buying into what they say is the American style or way of life. Kinda like buying into the big lie.. We have been indoctrinated into someone else's way of seeing and believing what we áre told and that's the real problem with just about everything . I've always been an independent thinker and I believe it enablers me too see things in a more realistic way. À gift that I believe I have is the gift of decernment. Truth vs lies, good vs bad, right and wrong, just an ability to process what goes on around me. Not judging people for the most part. I stay away from that atleast on the surface. It's more like judging issues, situations and whatever, coming up with some type or sort of conclusion Does that sound like how an INFJ might view his or her surroundings? It doesn't bother me much but it can alienate me from the way society perceives the world. So sometimes it's like walking on egg shells trying not too offend someone else's feelings.

In my experience, there is a LOT of intense anger just beneath the surface of the shame/fear/sadness. This is a good thing, because anger helps power my ability to fully process the older, previously trapped emotions. Great video, Wenzes! ❤

I was receiving regular acupuncture treatments for a physical condition. At my fourth session, I unexpectedly experienced uncontrollable shaking. It went on for about 15 minutes. My acupuncturist suggested it was built up emotions or trauma escaping my body and to just let it happen, not try to suppress it. When the shaking subsided, I was left with a very warm and peaceful feeling.

I have been in another same ole same ole situation and because of this video ( that I was listening to at work) I realized how my body reacts and how I go inside myself and dont stand up for me but this time I detached immediately after a situation happened at work and gave myself permission to feel the emotion and I felt a shift and was able to go back to the situation feeling competent and empowered... life changing!!!! Thank You!!!

I believe when our past catches up with us and brings up negative feelings, those feeling are almost like some kind of guilt of some sort. I've had to give up the person I once was in order to move on and get past those not so good of times . First we have to forgive ourselves, that's means let the old you go it's own way so to speak. It feels bad to say good bye to an identity. It's remorseful, guilty and hurts in a way. To learn about what forgiveness is really all about. We forgive ourselves for letting go the old you. That's the most important thing. With that in mind it's time to forgive others that might have harmed you or somehow effected you in a non positive way. Forgiveness is such a healing property and once you feel the weight of life that gets released you become that new or renewed person to move forward with a new dimension and àwareness in life.

Thanks for your contribution to a better world.😃🙏🏽🌸 I feel still stuck. For some years now, I watch those kinds of videos the whole day without making them click for some reason. My relationship with an ESFJ is a nightmare. Previous relationships, whether intimate or business, went downhill almost always pretty quickly. Previously, I had coaching with an INFJ. She gave up after a short while. I was expecting her to help me to fix specific problems. She refused to do so. After that, I asked her to help me to do it myself. She refused to do so again. I saw that she had specific issues herself and offered to work on them with her. Eventually, she gave up. I have powerful feelings and believes/ knowing. I would consider myself as at least partly enlightened.😅 I see root causes for almost every problem and some potential solutions in some cases. Execution is almost always impossible for various reasons; one is humans' inability to understand and be willing to do what’s right. Another reason is the lack of power. As I’m not gifted with public speaking, I guess the easiest way to have the ability to make an impact is money. That’s why my current mission is to make a lot of it quickly and then try to make the world a better place. There’s a huge misconception that things are not black and white. If you use your brain as intended, you’ll almost always find an optimal way to get through the day. By optimal, I don’t mean stressful, hard, and painful, but the opposite. Most people do shit 24/7 and say things aren’t black and white. That’s insane. Above all, I see the root cause of ALL Problems is the perverse idea of trade. I got this revelation not so long ago. I think I got this through my own painful experience especially having to deal with financial difficulties, mainly caused by my ESFJ partner. If one has not had the freedom to do what he wants - meaning, not having the financial means to do what’s right, we’re completely fucked as a whole and will continue to destroy not only ourselves but the whole planet.

What awesome, useful, logical and emotional good sense! I appreciated what you mentioned about taking our negative feelings and allowing them to happen and to be what they are and then begin to cope after that. When I was younger I used to try to stuff my bad feelings, and it just plain didn't work. I especially I liked the emphasis on the BODY, too. I've learned a lot about that from practicing EFT, and your insights are adding depth to it as well. EXCELLENT video. This one is worth reviewing a lot.

Have you ever thought about expanding your life coach brand beyond the label of INFJ? You could reach more people. INFJ is just a label and there are a lot of people who can benefit from this info who the material applies to them but they may not think so because it just says INFJ everywhere. Some INFJ people may not even know they are one to seek this kind of support.

  • @Wenzes

It is a laborious task to determine which of the 16 personality types on the Myers Briggs psychology test that you most identify with. It is based on the work of Carl Jung, a hundred plus years of study and is worth the time to fully investigate this science. I was lucky. My scientist brother diagnosed me to this rare personality type and it is still astounding to me how much of the specificities spoken about in these videos speak volumes to me.

Thanks for another great Video, Wenzes! Maybe you can help me out here: often I am not able to let the feeling grow inside of me, because as soon as I looked at and felt it in my body, I become so "okay with the emotion" that I cannot feel it intensely anymore, I just feel like "well its not that bad"...as if facing the emotion would instantly calm it down...still in the next trigger situation it comes up again so it hasn't healed. Any advice? Thanks for your work and - hopefully - your advice on this!

ive been doing this for many years with my anger and its still very hard for me. Whenever i am present with it, it amplifies and gets bigger and bigger and after few minutes i feel worse than before. Ive tried many tools, from somatic feeling and tracking, to expressing the anger in a healthy way, to using ancient healing arts to release the steam, to being with it and breathe through it, and of course the eft, etc and all mainstream recommended ways that never worked. In all these years while ive been with it (because i never run away from it or shut it down), i have never felt a release or at least a decrease in intensity. Every single time, the anger increased, sometimes to a level that felt like a very high voltage in my brain, really scary, but i still sit with it and welcome it like a mother with her child. The anger is still there though, so i would say, for some of us is not that easy to release it even if we feel it. Just saying.

I understand the change of scenery so you are not exposed to depressed enviroments for example, but how does one do that with work enviroments where everyone just goes through the day like i'ts just a simple job and I want more than that, but I kind of absorb that? What, practically, can I do to do that so I can change my vibration/realign with what I really want/have to do before I look for another job? Been pondering lately so much about it, I'm starving for practical tools and just doing the doing, I just don't know what needs to be done.
