You didn’t miss it, it wasn’t there. This song is about the community of a small town and how they take care of each other in a way that does not happen in big cities. When he says “we take care of our own”, he means everyone regardless of race.

I look at it like this, criminals come in all shapes, sizes, and colors, and in the end, no matter who the criminals are, they are not one of us, law abiding citizens that are not one of them. I think the reason ppl think it is racist is because they were brainwashed to believe he is talking about them. (Thanks to media, race hustlers and elites) Loved your take.

Actually I would go futher. I was hit by a truck is a community in the states. The police even sent me messages to see if I needed anything. The company I work for is kinda the same. If we see one of oir trucks parked on the side of the road we stop to make sure the driver is ok. In the 90s there was a petrol station near one of our big factories. Every time a truck went past the would toot thier horn. If the attendant didn't wave they would statt parking up and all go in together to make sure the attendant was ok.

The news clips are showing CRIMES from the US, Canada, and Europe and at about 1:58 a scene from Jan. 6 th. You are right, no racism. I am descended from a freed slave and have a mixed race family. The ones calling this video racism are really digging deep and going back to 1927 when a black teenager was killed in his jail cell (for a crime he probably didn't do since the victim could not positively identify him), then hung from the 2 nd floor balcony of this courthouse (that has been a popular filming site from movies also). Now let's get real.....how far back in history must we go to not offend people? I'm sure a lot of old buildings, especially in the South, have some dark history attached to them. Heck, the White House was built by slaves so should we be triggered every day when it is shown on the news? If someone sees racism in this video, then they need to take a good look in the mirror and see the true racist. Now for the "elephant" in the room: It is sad what happened to George Floyd BUT he committed a crime, did not follow police directions during his arrest, was high on drugs which speed up his metabolism and surely contributed to his death and yes the cop was WRONG and was convicted, Floyd was also in the wrong! Next, what has BLM done to help black people with the $90 they got in donations? NOTHING! And finally, when is something going to be done/addressed about blacks killing blacks? This is the highest group of any race or race combinations that lead to deaths! A lot of rap music freely calls for violence and killing and this is what young impressionable black children are hearing. We need to do better!

I live in a small town in the country and I'm biracial and everyone in our town is of many races. We do take care of our own no matter what color you are. Being the town is well, small we take care of each other and our town. If we don't, who will? I would hope that everyone no matter what town you live in would do the same to protect their communities. If we have people who start bringing drama here, they will be dealt with.

I grew up and spent most of my adult life in LA. I knew what my neighbors looked like; but didn't really know them. My husband and I retired and moved to a small town in North Texas. I know everyone around my area. My neighbors come over to help us with building things without asking. They offer to take care of our farm animals if we are going away for a few days. They taught us how to shoot a gun and shotgun. They taught about the look of venomous snakes. They invite us over for dinner and they come to our house. We go to town, everyone is very helpful and friendly. It is very different from California. There is so much love here.

Jason is from Georgia where the state of emergency was. I don’t know when I don’t watch the news. But this video was shot in Columbia Tennessee, which is where Jason currently lives with his wife and family. That’s a courthouse with the flag hanging off of it which is one of the oldest structures in Columbia. People are trying to say that because of the lynching against Black people at this courthouse took place back in the 1920s that Jason intentionally shot the video there as a subliminal message supporting lynching, which is absolutely and utterly absurd. He simply shot the video there because it’s a monumental landmark in his hometown, and he doesn’t like to travel far away from his family when he works when he can avoid it because of the touring that he usually does.

There was no racism. You are correct. One person told me it was racist because it keeps going back and forth between the site of a lynching and BLM protests. As others have noted, most of the riot footage was from Europe and Canada and there probably isn't a courthouse in the South that isn't tied to something racist in its history. A bunch of movies were shot around that same courthouse (including Disney). It is the most prominent building in that town, where Jason currently lives, and it was the only one they could project images on. So... Another person told me it was promoting vigilantism. However, everyone who has lived in small towns have pointed out how true this song is... no vigilante needed. Things are just nipped in the bud and everyone takes care of and will defend each other.

The protest happened during a period of political upheaval in Ukraine and appears to have been partly a response to the Ukrainian parliament rushing the passage of tough anti-protest legislation. ……………………………………………………... 2:07 - Kyiv, Ukraine -- Police clashing with protesters (2:07): This brief clip of police clashing with an unseen crowd appears to match images from a 2013 protest in Kyiv. The buildings and yellow buses in the background can be seen in photos from this 2015 article on InfoKava.com.

Those calling it racist have either never heard this song read the lyrics or seen the video not one darn bit of racism never mentions the color of the skin, race or ethnicity! Many other videos, showing the destruction and rioting were taken from the news this isn’t made up. This really happened in some of the bigger cities! I actually like the song I like the music and guitars, kinda country rockish!

JayVTheGreat * thank you for not taking another's word & looking at this yourself. Since the video didn't focus on a single color, it only makes sense that the focus is truly about not allowing anyone w/ a destructive goal think it's tolerated in small towns. None of us pick our colors & it is time we stop allowing people to use that a tool to stir hatred. *wrong is wrong, regardless of color * equitable consequences w/out revenge, regardless of color *my own abused me starting at 3yrs w/ abuse that no one should experience & he was never held accountable *

Your reaction was spot on!! He’s just talking about in small towns You don’t see this stuff going on because most Small Town’s only have like one grocery store, one pharmacy, one liquor store, one comer store and a couple of gas stations and liKe maybe 2 banks some only have one!! An everybody knows everybody Usually there might be one Chief of police and maybe 3-5 officers and even they know everybody so You don’t do that stuff in a Small Town then because everybody know’s everybody You’re not getting away with nothing the Community help’s the police in a Small Town they will take matters yon there hands before the police an even make it to the scene of the crime because they don’t want You robbing or looting there only gas stations or there corner store where if You do these things the stores don’t have enough money then to order what they need and it will end up shutting down and the people from these Small Town’s are every different color and races, but Your protected by the people In Your Town they wave at You if they know Your going through something they try to help You out, if per-say I can speak on this because right now I miss being in My Small Town like I could accidentally leave my car unlocked it never got touched One time I actually left My house unlocked to go to the store and I wasn’t even that worried because I knew My community has my back and My neighbors would’ve seen if somebody tried to go in My home without me knowing and the reason I left was because Two things one I lived far from my family and parents and my car started to mess up and I knew if You live in a small town then You know if Your car either runs out of gas most times Your Neighbors will help, but if your cars mess up and you can’t do nothing about it and it just gives out on you you’re stuck you might get a ride home or to the store if somebody has time, but if You can’t fix it and or get another car Yeah You’re stuck and I refuse to not have a vehicle anywhere I’m at Especially if You live far in the country You have to have gas an a vehicle that works!! An The Second reason My Husband and I came back is because I first found out My grandpa was on his death bed literally and We moved back because we was super close with him even my Husband was and we Broke down when He passed it was like the Heart of our family broke💔💔💔 the family in so many Pieces!! An then I found out just 6 months ago My Hero My Daddy has stage 4 Lung cancer and it’s not the kind from smoking it’s another form of Lung Cancer and they’re trying there best to treat Him Because they said he’s probably never going to be in remission because the chance are like 1% and Lord know’s I pray 🙏🏽 all the time for him and right now he’s taking the cancer pill because not everyone can do that and it one day might stop helping him Lord please 🙏🏽 Don’t take My Daddy!! But, it all depends on Your DNA and if it Works together well ,but it could at anytime stop working and An every Morning here lately his stomach has been hurting him so he waits a minute before getting up at 4:30 and going to work and sometimes He has to throw up and sometimes it goes away after taking some of his medication’s, but My Daddy already told us all he’s going to fight hard and he’s tougher than I ever could imagine and after 3 months he has to go back to his doctors and get a head to toe scan to make sure for one it didn’t spread more into his body and He started out with a spot on his brain and one smaller tumor in one lung and a big tumor in his right lung!! When they go to those appointments Which by the way his one is coming up in the next couple of weeks I’m on my knees trying to pray so Hard I cry and the 3 month results was a miracle!! Now there is nothing on his brain that went totally away and both Tumors in both lungs shrunk by 30%!! I know it’s not gone, but getting good news is better than bad!! So I’m on my knees again praying 🙏🏽 for good news agin this month!! But, I couldn’t be far away from My Daddy and we have all been expressing our feelings for one another, and we do break down and cry there’s nothing wrong with that I mean he’s an amazing father and father-in-law. That’s my daddy and he used to work in the tobacco fields what is younger on the farm that his parents had, and that was no easy job!! But, he don’t ever want to be treated differently and I can understand Why He wants to leave this earth saying I caught my hardest and loved my family told each one personally how much I love and care for them and I spent my life doing special things with each one of us !! But, I’m married so I can totally get where my Mother is coming from She is so scared and She has medical issues as well so it’s tough on her as well !!! They’ve been married 39 years about to be 40 years and if it wasn’t for charities paying for the cancer pill that cost 1,500 hundred dollars a month and then You have another one that a charity is covering that’s around the same price we all don’t have enough to pay it so we are definitely not taking anything or anybody for granted they are covering this cancer pill and the other one until November hopefully 🙏🏽 we can find a charity that can pick up that because if not he will have to do chemo and radiation treatments which also coast a whole lot!! So please 🙏🏽 I didn’t mean to make this so long, But I really enjoyed Your Commentary and reaction to Jason Aldean try that in a small town!! An I’m subscribing to Your Channel and please 🙏🏽 nobody come after me because I just got in my feel’s about my daddy!! Just if You could say a prayer 🙏🏽 for Bill and wish the best for him even privately I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank You sending nothing, love ❤️ and ✌🏽!! To you and Your family and wishing You all Happiness,Joy, Peace, and Love and Prosperity and great Health and Blessings upon Blessings to You and Your Family and Friends!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️🫶🏽🥰💯!! 🥹🥹🥹😢😢😢💔💔💔🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽❤️🥰🫶🏽💯!!! ✌🏽&❤️🫶🏽💯 Everybody that’s going through Something sending love ❤️ and support out!!💯

Perfecly beautiful and rational words Sir. Much of the uproar is over the courthouse as a backdrop. In 1927 a mob broke into a local jail and dragged a black man out and drug hin behind a car to that location, where the hung him from the second floor. Candice Owens has a video that greatly details the whole issue here. 1💯🔥 rezction.
