Japanese Iced bread (Delicious even when Frozen) | Cream filled Bread

135g milk
25g sugar

3g yeast
20g unsalted butter
corn starch
200g heavy cream
20g sugar
1. Cool the hot bread and then add the cream.
2. If the bread is frozen, thaw it at room temperature before eating

오늘 만들어봤는데 만들기도 간단하고 맛있어서 너무 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 전 커스터드 크림이랑 휘핑크림 섞어서 만들었더니 엑설런트 맛 난다고 동생이 무지 좋아했어요ㅎㅎ 좋은 영상 감사해요~

I'm curious about the cornstarch...are you sure it's not powdered sugar? Wouldn't cornstarch taste horrible? I want to make this! Also, does '10 min in an unheated oven' mean no preheating? My oven takes almost 5 minutes to get to temperature and I don't think these would be baked..help!

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but the sounds from the beginning imply that it is cornstarch, which probably helps with the whole freezing thing so they don't stick and since sugar could become gross with condensation. As for the oven temp, it may be better to test out baking one unheated, because i think they might be using a convection oven? not sure. It's probably better to be cautious anyways

Bonjour je l’ai fait il y a quelques jour la fécule de maïs on le sent pas vous pouvez en mettre sans problème. En revanche pour le fou non préchauffer j’ai d’abord cuit 11min mais l’intérieur était cru j’ai rajouter 10 min de cuisson sauf que ça ne ressemblait plus au beignet de la vidéo
