It's been a while since we had a flavored rice so here's our version of Japanese Garlic Fried Rice Recipe.
It looks simple but very flavorful. This, by far, is one of my favorites. It can be a standalone dish and pair it with your favorite meat, chicken, or salmon.

*Procedure:
1. Cook the scrambled egg and set it aside.
2. Sauté garlic.
3. Add the day-old rice and mix.
4. Put all the other ingredients and combine well.
5. Check the taste.
6. Mix in the scrambled egg. Garnish with fried garlic bits.
7. Serve and Enjoy with your favorite meat, chicken, or fish!
