"THE LAST ORDER" is an interview series featuring 9 bartenders from various bars in Tokyo. This time, we will deliver an interview with Mr. Takeshi Yoshimoto of Bar Sherlock in Ginza 6-chome. We asked him to talk about his 20s, when he came to Tokyo from Fukuoka and jumped into Ginza and went through trial and error, about Ginza's tradition of many legendary bartenders' bars and how it has changed after Covid, and about the future of Japanese bar culture.
