The restaurant in Japanese shopping malls has become so much gourmet.
This time, I visited ”Rahasaka", the new restaurant of Chef Masahiro Kasahara, famous for his Japanese cuisine "Sanpi-Ryoron.
The Hakusan AEON Mall, which is typical huge one, in Ishikawa Prefecture has a section called "Grand Chef's Kitchen" where you can find the restaurants of eminent star chefs such as Chef Hiroyuki Sakai of French cuisine famous for the TV "Iron Chef", Chef Masayuki Okuda of Italian cuisine, Chef Xiangyao Wei of Chinese cuisine, and Chef Hiroshi Tsujiguchi of pastry.
No matter where you look in the world, you won't find such a gourmet shopping mall. Let's have some sumptuous cuisine from the sea and satoyama!

今回は和食「賛否両論」で有名な笠原将弘シェフの新店舗、
「らはさか」にお邪魔しました。
石川県の白山イオンモールには「グランシェフズキッチン」というコーナーがあり、
料理の鉄人でお馴染みのフレンチ坂井宏行シェフ、イタリアンの奥田政行シェフ、
中華の魏賢耀シェフ、パティシエの辻口博啓シェフなど、
錚々たるスターシェフのお店が並んでいます。
世界中どこを探しても、こんなグルメなショッピングモールはないはず。
海と里山の贅沢料理、いただきます！
