The work of Kazuo Morita, the legendary master sushi chef of Kanazawa city in Japan's "Komatsuyasuke". With special permission, we were able to film him from the counter. He is world famous as "Komatsuyasuke of the West, Jiro Sukiyabashi of the East of Sushi Legend" in the Sushi world.
