That insight is really hard. Complimenting people.

This is why I love Avatar and James Cameron. He's unapologetically sincere. There's no meta irony poison like the Marvel movies, nor is it a desaturated joyless mess like Zack Synder DC movies.

He's a modern day adventure man who makes movies. In Victorian times he would probably be a big time author and traveler and etc etc etc.

Cameron is grateful that he didn't go to space because he understands that the real frontier of hope for humanity is here, on the real Pandora.
