This is why I love living in Asia. I had a BBQ party in the middle of a city once and when the cops showed up, they just rolled their eyes and told us to leave. I had one in my parking lot outside my apartment and the my landlord just texted and asked me to clean up afterward.

You have an illegal charcoal barbecue with no charcoal disposal bins available. The coals are almost impossible to dispose of so you end up dumping them on the ground. The coals will remain red hot for the next 10 to 20 hours and become a nearly invisible booby trap on the ground with no smoke and no red glow. Four hours after you are gone the worst-case scenario happens. Someone's little baby girl is playing in the park and trips and falls face-first into the red hot coals that you dumped on the ground. She gets absolutely horrific burn injuries and she is facially disfigured for life. The parents never saw the danger lurking on the ground. You committed an act of criminal negligence and you need to be prosecuted in a court of law and convicted and sent to jail. The parents should each be given the opportunity to give you a good swift kick in the ass for being so selfish, lazy, and irresponsible.

No, people don't carry along a big jug of water just to douse their red hot coals. No, people that break the law don't bring along a metal ash can. More often than not, they are going to dump their red hot coals on the ground like I state in my hypothetical example. In real life it happens all the time. And they were not a family. They were two grown men unrelated to each other. What's the solution that you did not mention? It's too ridiculously easy. Have your charcoal barbecue in one of the three designated charcoal barbecuing areas where they have charcoal disposal bins for your ultra dangerous red hot coals.

that's how all these freaks operate; minor grievances fuel their racist fantasies of the world conspiring against them (especially if they live in an austerity-stricken blue state city) yet i would bet my life savings they just so happen to live in a comfortable enough house in one of the "nicer areas" with a sustainable amount of income, so they have no actual reason to move. they have no problem with the misery around them unless it affects them, and even if they would have lived in the most Stephord Wives-esque suburbs they would still be miserable, these people just happen to have a scapegoat/outlet to manifest their distaste for anyone who's not them in these cities.
