When I started the game a few years back and didn't know anything about the game, I got a whale friend with a 10/10/10 level 100 Jalter. And she helped me through a lot of early battles. Rolled for her a few times and she still hasn't come to my Chaldea 😅

Yeah I have a friend who had 120 Jalter. Whenever I struggled with a boss I just threw Jalter at them and she nuked them into oblivion. I broke my f2p streak to get her np1 but I don't regret it. That much.

She needs animation update

Any time a boss has any sort of mechanic that makes them take reduced or no extra damage from class disadvantage, I drag out Jalter and get to be amazed again at how OP she is. Actually was finishing off Olympus the other day. Apart from how she basically melted Zeus, I also let her front-line against Wodime and she casually handed him his ass on a silver platter. I like to imagine she spoke in a snooty French accent while doing so.

Me saving for Muramasa *Jalter rate up* *me now having a NP2 Jalter*

Animation update would be nice for jalter.

If she good get buffed to give the party the Dragon trait that would be pretty nice

I've always said that a buff they should give Jalter is to make her count as a dragon herself. Would make her 2nd skill so much nicer to use.

Jalter was the first SSR that I ever drew an NP2 on, in one roll. She was also my first Bond 10. She will ALWAYS rock!

As a guy pre-ordering the 1/7 Scale Jalter Figure made by ALTER which re-releases this October 18, 2022. I had to have her when I started FGO 1-2 weeks ago. I was lucky enough to get her twice in one multi. (The bradamante waifu hunting in the otherhand was a freaking Nightmare RNG as the game kept giving me saber astolfo.....) I did like the Berserker Nightingale though albeit her less popularity. Still I am wondering if I should focus on Jalter now. And grail her more. Cause so far I am really enticed by the other hero's

Lasengle just draining me for putting my 2 favorite Servants (Gilgamesh and Jalter) my savings for Spishtar was ruined but I can't help. I wish I get Morgan on the future too she's my 2nd best Waifu next to Jalter

I was saving for Spishtar too, now I've kinda lost hope on that after getting completely shafted by Jalter (My absolute worst luck since I started playing has been on rate up Avengers, so it's not looking good at all). Starting from 0 quartz and not even getting Jalter is massive pain. ;-;

Stats on my Jalter: lvl100, max atk, working on max hp, bond 10, NP5, 10/10/10 so yeah, I'm good

Got her earler this year and yes, she's best girl indeed the ultimate waifu. I absolutely love her and I can't blame you for it as well. If I meet an enemy I don't know how to deal with Jalter comes and kick them to the moon she's amazing. 👍👍

I use her skill 2 for Seig np looping when I need the extra damage.

i am now extremely conflicted. I was originally gonna roll for jalter but stopped myself because i have maou nobu (despite her flaws I genuinely like her, i have gotten so many high value crits with her, way before nobukatsu came out) and i wanted to save at least a few multis in the hopes of getting yang or mhxx (any is fine, but mhxx is preferred due to lower rarity. I dont have a single foreigner). But now idk what to do. The thought of me having 2 high damaging dealing avengers sounds so nice for me. But at the same, whats the point if I already have 1 and im trying to save for future servants (muramasa, oberon, morgan, koyanskaya in particular) 😢

Yep, waiting for tomorrow night to try to get those last two copies of best girl. I'll be using two of the Lores from the event to max out her first two Appends as well. Edit: Got her to NP4 while Nyalter went to NP10 (she just wouldn't stop showing up...) Instead of my 5th copy of Jalter, the OG Jeanne appeared, but that's okay since this is the first time in my 4 years of playing that she ever did show up. All in all, I'm good.

Wanted to try one more time why she was on solo rate up so I did just one more multi and damned if she didn't show up. So best girl is finally NP5!

Well, aiming for NP2(+?) on Monday. At the very least, I want enough coins to bring her to 120 (already bond 11, so I'd only need bond 12 for that to be an option at NP2).

i let her go because I was too focused on saving for Muramasa and then I remembered how good she was...

I'm still useing jalter for many bosses I forgot to switch jalter out for another servant sinds u wanted to have a harder fight but then I forgot to switch and I destroyed the final battles of lb6.5

got her in 3 multis got 400 left to save for muramasa

I wonder if maybe they add a small buff to her charisma with one turn of dragon trait, so you can maybe try to get it up on the same turn you want to use her mana burst

I like Jalter but my love for Mélusine compels me to save

My chance to NP2 her and get enough coins to 120 her came early, and her solo rate up may or may not overlap with my birthday too :D

Jeanne Alter's dragon charisma can actually work pretty well with Liz - who in return will double buff her female allies and throw a defense down for good measure. Not exactly high-end optimization, but it works decently well.

360sq gives you approximately 62% chance of getting the rate up ssr. So it sounds about right.

So, I was planning to save up for Muramasa, seeing as I already have Castoria, but having castoria, Nithingale and himiko NP2..... I don't know if I should summon for best girl here.... If you like her then at least try 2 11x pulls and hope that rng gods treat you well. I regret not pulling for Summer Musashi since I was saving for Castoria but poof, got NP 2 Castoria in 1 11x pull and hated myself upto now for not pulling for Musashi.

If you like her then you could try to summon for her. She's a good unit and castoria, Nightingale, himiko, and support merlin could serve her rather well. But if you just curious about her and really wanting Muramasa, then it's better to save. Muramasa only have 1 rate up banner period But if you only want muramasa because you have castoria then it might be better to try a few multi. Muramasa is great, but it's not like he's the best castoria partner anyway. There are still Spishtar, S. Kama, etc that'll come after him

Follow the sigma rules. Don’t be tempted by an old outdated waifu. Save for Muramasa. Muramasa never comes back. This is ur only chance.

Should I roll her for NP2? And which append skill should I go for?, Or just go for lv120 with bone15 after got her NP2 with no append skill🤔

From the (admittedly little) I've been able to gather, higher NP levels certainly don't hurt, but since the easiest source of consistent damage from Jalter is her crits, its not completely necessary. That said if you want NP2 go for it

NP2 is her biggest jump in damage-however, her NP will often _slightly_ out-damage _one_ of her Buster crits with crit support such as Merlin. It is helpful, though not strictly necessary. For Appends, either ML or Extra Attack. Mana Loading makes her able to NP turn one with a 50% starting CE and Merlin without relying on Mystic Code skills and increase her flexibility with other supports and CEs; conversely, she has one of the best Extra Attacks in the system and with her your best options will often be Brave Chains, anyways. She is unlikely to be your first pick against Avengers, and when she is, the other two Appends will still often be comparable or better.

I've done one 11 pull and got her right away with atalante

If you're apart of the ZTL army. You must get her or attempt to get her.

After 3 years And spending 800+ sq for Jalter I’m happy to say she still hasn’t come to me time to quit again.

400+ quartz and I've gotten Fran, Atalanta, Diarmuid Saber, Tam Cat, and every rate up CE a billion times more than usual. Not a 5 star in sight ;-; Edit: make that almost 600 quartz and I got nothing but CEs since then sahdiuhasoiuhasdsi Edit2: I farmed a bunch of quartz from free quests in preparation for her 2nd solo rate up, dropped 6 singles (for the double) + 1 multi and Jalter has officially come home! 😭 "what did it cost? *everything."*

You know what? I need to test this. I have NP2 Himiko and NP3 Jalter (hoping for NP5 when she is solo rate-up). Thanks for the idea! Edit: Team was Jalter, Himiko, Support Merlin (wanted another Himiko for maximum crit shenanigans, but no go). First impression is pretty good. Himiko herself is already a mean critter who gives big buster buffs, so adding that to Jalter made her also hit really hard as well... well.. harder than she already does.

Yes, although other supports are generally better. Jalter's overcharge effect is irrelevant, and there are better supports for Buster cards. Himiko brings attack and LOTS of stars, though, which is one of Jalter's primary needs from support. Merlin is slower to start, although better once he gets going. Himiko does offer better _sustain_ as Merlin's crit buff is for a single turn, though.

Also during the shishou fest I was using Jalter on the 90+ node at the end with Artoria and Castoria. It helped against the 1/1/2 node a lot . OBv I shifted between Jalter, Bunnytoria and Luvia but Jalter was the most consistent . The dragon buff did a lot for Artoria XD

eh she's just kinda very outdated to me. think orion does better damage even without supports. these year 1 servants with one turn damage buffs are outdated

Outdated didn't mean bad tough. She's still pretty strong even on jp standard even before her np upgrade. Both her 1st and 2nd skill last for 3 turn hence she isn't just 1 turn burst servant either. *but in the end it's all about preference anyway

Eh, I think you picked a bad example to compare one turn effects as half of S.O.s skillset is burst. I don't think S.O is better than Jalter on the damage front, too. Jalter has a damaging NP (and one of the hardest-hitting ST ones at that) so S.O had a big gap to cover when he NPs because his NP does 0 damage, a superior class for neutral performance (S.O hits at 0.95x) and is somewhat less card-reliant. I do think that S.O is the better servant due to his independent T1 crit access and utility like ignore invuln and the 3T debuff immune.

Another clueless video using that garbage and misleading NP sheet. Jalter damage is nowhere near highest, not even close, pretty much every SR or SSR ST berserker would out damage her in most cases, and even in avenger class, 99% of time Erice would blow her out of the water, same with most ST servants against their class advantages, her damage is massively overrated, mainly because people got heavily mislead by that dogshit NP damage sheet that only matter in SOLO.
