    Jak reminds me of a goalie for the Redwings Steve Osgood. Early in his carrier he was terrible, and the fans booed him out of town. But late in his carrier he came back to the team as the back up to Hasak. In the first round of the playoffs the Wings had lost the first two games and were down 2 to nothing in game three so they brought in Osgood. He won that game and 9 more in a row and they won the Stanley Cup. He was the Jedi goalie, and he would not talk about the last game it was always the next game.

    Credit where it's due he's done well missed his match against xhang anda but he looks composed and did well to knock out si junhui who is probably China's best hope of a future world champion he will overtake ding junhui in time I think , to knock out trump is impressive was close then trump had 1 bad session he took advantage then to knock out Bingham who had just KO Ronnie ,got a good lead after the first cpl sessions and didn't look back fair play He's still the underdog I do think it's kyrens year but whoever can grab a 3/4 frame lead will win it I reckon it'll be neck and neck till the end or someone will take a lead by the first session on Monday that'll clinch it , been good tournament lot of shocks and just when U start to fancy someone ie Maguire,higgins it surprises U great sport and in terms of conparisin to football its really lije the english championship anyobe can pretty much beat anyone especially at crucible

    It's like Littler at darts...this Welsh guy is cut from the same cloth, no emotion, or if there is we might not 'ever' understand why we don't see it Able to seemingly 'contempartmentalise' the high stakes, that would have most of us 'shaking' or 'worse' and he's a taff, Gerry Griffiths as my old Welsh grandma use to call him was Larry Grayson to this 'James Boyo' Bond' Your mission now is to intercept the Warrior, with the 'highlights' called Kyren. Go Jack 'barth'..and be another J.J. to be a winning 'Outsider' Joe Johnson came to the crucible as 'unconsidered' and left with the 'Nuggets' crown. 'You can do it'..and we know it!

    Always I like when underdogs plays good and reaches finals. Same applies here. However, all this thing will brings back snooker of the 1980-ies with low numbers of centuries. In this instance, Jak Jones, including two qualification matches, has won 73 frames and had 3 (THREE) centuries. This is ridiculous small number for a finalist. This also proves that this WC was far from being good.

  • @stayplationgaming

    @stayplationgaming

    Ай бұрын

    “One shot “ from Bingham. I know which one you meant , but his decision making and shot selection throughout was poor . Bingham was crying , it wasn’t fixed . Bit extreme to suggest that. Jones stuck with him all the way to 9-9 similar to vs trump then pulled away decisively to 13-9 which was the difference and also the same score he beat Judd . Once Stuart knew he was in a match he melted and jak grew . Too many unforced errors and bad choices cost him the game but not to take anything away from jones he didn’t look like missing anything. Bingham beat ronnie cos he was the underdog and was just enjoying his match win or lose but against JJ he tried too hard. Was hitting balls too hard sometimes and missed blacks off the spots so his coach told him to not hit as hard and he went and missed a pink soft into the middle. His head went and with it the match . He played some great stuff at times . I didn’t dislike the game I enjoyed it tbh and I had Stuart outright for the tournament so .
