Jaishankar Slams China Over Lac Violations, Calls Out West Hypocrisy, Says QUAD Is Not Asian NATO

India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said ties with China were going through a “very difficult phase” after Beijing violated agreements to keep peace along the Line of Actual Control. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference (MSC) 2022, Jaishankar said the situations in the Indo Pacific and the transatlantic were not analogous. He was responding to a question about India’s contribution to security in Europe amid Russia's tensions with the West over Ukraine.

@@geekynerd1403The interviewer tries to pin Jaishankar by saying India has different principles - one for speaking up against China (for the LAC violation) but abstaining from voting on Ukraine. He responded saying the two issues are not to be treated as same. And if Europe is as principled as they made out to be, then they would've been practising the same principles in other parts of the world too, like Asia, Afghanistan, etc. Basically what he means is they shouldn't point their fingers at India when they should be pointing at themselves. 😂😂😂

Given the fact of Princess Latifa, India never acknowledged the support or capture of the daughter of Saudi King. Your argument is merely a blame game. Given the fact of Chinese disturbance in the border, have you come across any disturbance lately while the talks are taking place. And about our PM, India is the only country where this can happen, a less qualified person if determined can achieve greater heights. Exactly. Even when I was studying foreign affairs and world politics, I was shocked to see how west has manipulated all the laws and events in their favor. They take a stand when it's in favor, they denies that event and it's existence if it ins't. When something happens to them, it's a big deal and everyone should take stand for it, whereas if it happens to other countries, particularly third world countries they act it as if it isn't a big deal and not their concern. The hypocrisy of west is at it's peak and I am glad we have ministers like Jai Shankar speaking the facts and giving priority to our country like the west do. If you care about your country's best, we do the same. Your problem is not everyone's problem. He is giving them tit for tat!

At last Russia had to show what they are and whom they are dealing with .. Let that bear live peacefully.. He was never a threat for America .. They were suppling everything to Europe whatever you needed from oil to wheat and minerals , gas .. America just wanted to sell his weapons after economic slowdown of corona .. You wouldn't certainly believe other side of the story/narrative which you been told. Nevertheless, why would other countries need to take a part of this conflict, as if historically west have done something good to the world or humanity? Indian's wouldn't certainly approve of any kind of war, but when 1.3B people are at stake why would you pick a side? America always supported Pakistan over India in wars just because it has political interests, till date American believe India has occupied Kashimir with out knowing any background or full story. You just buy-in what's been told to you, which has happened to deflect guilty.

The so-called "morally better European countries" did "divide and rule" policy in their former colonies whether in terms of religions, tribes and ethnicities. Even they draw the border of new countries and didn´t even consider which group of people who live there.

Actually, the West owns 80% of the developing world's debt. For example, Sri Lanka rented Hambantota port to the Chinese in order to pay off high-interest Eurobonds. Sri Lanka is still paying low-interest Chinese debt for the port. There was no debt-equity swap. The notion of debt-trap diplomacy was coined by Indian pundit Brahma Chellaney (2017), and picked up by the Western media to stop the development of the third world and maintain the efficacy of real debt traps of World bank and IMF. The US allocated this year 500 million $ fund for propaganda against BRI>. For example, the US is paying $1000 per news article' to slander its BRI In Zimbabwe Shame on India for trying to stop the rise of their developing world brethren.
