Jaime Lannister - Top 20 Best Moments | Game of Thrones
This video contains spoilers from the first through the eighth season of Game of Thrones. Jaime's loss of his sword-hand did much to humble him. Not only is Jaime a prodigal leader, but he has a good amount of common sense, as evidenced by his decision to ride north to combat the threat that the White Walkers posed to Westeros. Hope you all enjoy this compilation of him 🎬😍

    I believe that Jaime's scene with Myrcela was one of his best scenes. I like the way he is embarrassed to say that he is her father, not only because she is not Robert's daughter but because she is his brother's daughter. from his mother, he was ready to be a father, he was ready to be with her and Tommey, but unfortunately it was too late.

    Apart from what you have in the video. Below are some of his best moments. 1.The scene where he tells Brienne about why he killed mad King 2. the clip where he gives a sword , armour to Brienne and that oathkeeper sword name moment. 3. Scene where Jamie knights Brienne.

    Finding out Myrcella knew he was her father, and dying just after, was one of the saddest moments. Tyrion was the only family member who didn't treat him like "the dumbest Lannister ". In the beginning, Tyrion was the only person who loved and/or respected him. Sadly, in the end, he died with the woman he'd always loved. Leaving the people who had come to love and/or respect him behind. His is one of the saddest stories.

    I do so hope that if I ever fall from like 80 feet up, all that happens is being paralyzed from the waist down XD Strange, for a man that claims men don't need to concern themselves with the opinion of sheep, Tywin seemingly cares a great deal about what people think of the Lannister family. 3:33-3:52 He...he's got a point there. "The things we do for love." Oh shit, Jamie needs some Liquid Helium for that burn. That moment when you realize Jamie and Cersei could've lived had they not spent time hugging and just got the hell out of there.

    Cersei may have been crying about wanting her baby to live, but she dug this grave for them and then begged Jaime not to let her die, showing basically no care for him at all but still remaining incredibly selfish. I don't believe for a second it was only about their baby.

    We are talking about the same Cersei who made sure too keep her child locked in his room as she formulaically blew up the KL chapel killing all of her enemies to ensure her family would survive. Yes she had self elements but she put her family besides Tyrion(because she believed he betrayed them) above everything. All of her actions were for her family.

She was blinded by selfishness up until she was in that cellar, with all the way-outs blocked. Only then she started to realise something - and yet still clinging to that "me-me-me" mantra. She was capable of great strength and nice level of cunning but it was all for nothing because of her disgusting egomania.

    in season 1 when they met, jamie wins. infact jamie asks robb to duel but robb wasnt stupid enough to fight him. jon claims in later seasons that robb was better than him at everything. jon wasnt taught much at the nights watch in terms of fighting since hes the one teaching people. hes better than everyone cuz he was properly trained. but jamie was already considered one of the best swordsmen in westeros and was also going to beat tf out of ned stark himself the guy who probably also helped train jon. but jon would win against cripple jamie. but he wont win against season 1 jamie if its season 8 jon no matter what. ned isnt even supposed to be better than jamie nor is brienne in the books. jon is an average fighter in the books as well.

    The scene with the deer being skinned would have been better and more realistic if it were hung and not laying on a table. The guy had the resources (rope and poles) to have it hung, but decided to do it the hard way...what an idiot. lol. This distracted me from the scene so much, anyone who's had to skin a deer or an elk, knows that hanging it and working around the carcass, rather than having to flip it over is easier, as is pulling down on the skin, using one's body weight to help with that, rather than using just arm strength to get the skin off while it's on a table. Again, for me, a lot of nice dialog but too much distraction by a silly process in taking the skin off of a deer...especially, I think, since the point was to show Jaime's father as being a down to earth guy, still willing to put in the work that put food on his table.

    He’s gutting the deer the way lions do in nature

  • @StormyPeak

    @StormyPeak

    @@Tempusverum Pretty sure lions don't use a knife, and gut from throat to anus. :P From what I've seen they just kind of munch through the skin, make a hole and start pulling innards out....use their claws a little too, or start on a haunch and get to the big muscles there. Like I said, it was a good scene, but someone in the movie business who probably never saw a deer field dressed, much less done it, came up with that silliness. No one who's ever had to field dress a deer would go through all that extra work, of moving and shoving and flipping a carcass around, if they had a rope and a tree, or some poles to hang the deer. Also while a deer is hung, it's easier to quarter it, then take the legs to a table to butcher, rather than try to manhandle the whole carcass around on a table to get the cuts of meat. The body, sans legs, can then be taken down, and over to the table to get the backstrap and rib meat and other bits of meat. I'm a woman, btw, and 60 years old. I don't hunt anymore, stopped doing it in my mid-30s, as I had back problems and here in Idaho, the price for a fish and game license and deer and elk tags just kept getting more expensive, as well as gas prices, and pick up trucks sucked up gas pretty fast. It got to the point where buying beef in the store was cheaper. I also hunted with my dad, and he was getting older and it's a lot of work after that trigger is pulled. :P
