Jackie and Shadow think the eggs will hatch with Eaglets. I forgot how long it was last year before they gave up. Does FOBBV know? I'm sad 😢 about the eggs.

Its been a long time since they actually had any hatch. Maybe these birds are just to old.

There are Thousands of Donations received by Eagle Organizers, why they cant protect the eggs by making a Hybrid Nest or add some roof. Poor Jackie has to undergo buried under the snow, just to protect the agg. I bet the egg died during the Snow Storm, because the heat of Jackie is not enough to balance the underneath surface.

they would likely abandon the nest and eggs if they didn't feel it was safe. These nests are already heavy enough without humans adding a roof/heating pads to them without the parents noticing. Let nature take its course.

That's because it is frozen, too cold from the bottom of nest.

I hope they dont grieve like humans. They are so caring and protective.sad that they seem to not have even one baby this year😢
