J-hope caught me tf off guard!! What a way to start not only his solo debut but BTS's chapter 2. The thirst and hunger for more art, exploration, and growth, setting goals and planting the seed for growth all while acknowledging everything they've accomplished. Hobi a versatile king and genius letting us know he wants more and will not settle for anything less. I'm excited for his album to drop already and Hobipalooza on July 31st!

@@sagaga2159 It's his "official" solo debut. Like the rest of Bangtan, hence the pre-order for his solo album. Being the headliner at Lollapalooza is the cherry on top. Love his first mixtape: Hope World....all the songs on it. This man is talented and versatile af...like all of BTS. Love that he's showcasing another side of himself. Like Suga's Interlude Shadow, it's still him. Like BTS overall message, acceptance of oneself & loving oneself is "key" to one's true love and happiness, which brings me to Jin's epiphany. Ddaeng, chapter 2 for Bangtan is starting with a bang and JHope is the first to start. Looking forward to continued growth & inspiration from BTS always. Yup, me too! The first 20 seconds of the track, I thought pass. With that first rock chord, I immediately changed my mind. I've been listening to this off & on all morning. Then got a chance to watch the video & I'm hooked. I love Hobi's new dark "Jack" persona. This may be my new earworm, in a good way. 👍

In the box is all the scenes from the More video we just watched. look again. they're not scenes from BTS videos. in the box is the work office, the doctor's office, garage, hallway, etc. that's the point of the video. . he's not a jack-in-the-box popping out, like we think of. . he's the jack in the box actually doing the things in the video. super cool dark concept.

this *is* Jhope. I feel like he's finally allowing himself to be 100% true to himself. Hobbi *is* colorful and bouncy and swag but he's also moody and rocky and direct

I love J-Hope's dark persona in this video and if the whole Jack in the Box album is a trip to the dark side, I'd not mind at all. I genuinely love all the solo projects so far, and JKs collab with C. Puth. However, I realised my ultimate bias was Jin after Abyss dropped, and I know however dark or light his next song may be (like Supertuna!) - I know I will be loving it. I'm so waiting for a V album with a jazz kick to it as well... I am enjoying this era of all the members coming into their elements and sharing more of themselves with us. It's not a hiatus, it's taking our relationship with them to the next level, getting more personal. They won't ever neglect us or let Army down. They couldn't if they tried.
