This channel helped me accept being bald. The moment I shaved I felt amazing. I didn’t know how much better I looked with it as I am in shape and go gym a lot. It just blended well but regardless of all that. This channel has really helped me get to this point.

His kind of hair loss looks very similar to mine. I did the comb over thing for years. Then I went to just wearing a hat, which actually was a huge improvement over the comb over. It took me a long time to shave my hair completely. And I still have a habit of wearing a hat a lot. On a more positive note, he rocks the bald look. 👍

The kid is obviously very smart. Kids that age are not accepting of changes in looks of the people around them. Their understanding of a person hugely relies on looks. This is why they usually cry or throw a tantrum when dad shaves the beard or mom gets a new haircut.

Shaving your head is like jumping into a pool with cold water. Once you jump in your fine but it's getting to the point of jumping in that's hard. I've known bald people my whole life and never thought anything negative about them, it was opposite. Most of them cracked jokes about themselves. We would go on vacation and I had bald uncle and anytime we went anywhere he would get this serious face and ask one of the kids how his hair looked and it was alway's funny.

I was young at a time when one saw very few shaven headed men. Those that did were either doing it for charity or were considered a bit ‘odd’. I love that it’s mainstream nowadays. You can’t walk down a High Street just about anywhere in Britain without seeing at least one guy who’s taken the plunge. On over 90% of guys I’ve seen it looks great and you are no exception. Wear it with pride - you look so much better with little or no hair on top. Be confident and happy.

I know most of the people won’t read. But here is my story- I’ve been battling hair loss since 2017.Insecure about going out, although I didn’t have bald patch, but the wind and even light rain always scared me.couldn’t go to tour because of it.Always kept my head down while walking on street so that wind doesn’t blow my hair show hairline,or messes up my hair.due to this my posture went so bad that I had upper back and neck pain for several years.I didn’t even have the confidence to meet new people. For last couple of weeks I’ve been watching your videos. Then yesterday after shower, drying my hair I looked on the floor I just saw literally the whole floor covered with hair probably there was around 100. as a skinny guy who doesn’t have beard, just a decent moustache I was unsure if I should do it or not. Then I bite the bullet and went for it (used 2 grade).safe to say I slept so well after many years.but yet to go to university and face people which bothering me a bit.so wish me some luck. THANKS BALDCAFE,THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.WHO STAND WITH THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.

I’m 25 and balding. Have been balding since about 16, at the temples, but have always been able to hide it fine. It’s now at the point however that it’s thinning all on top and towards the crown and when bright light shines directly above it, balding is noticeable. My biggest fear is that I’m blonde. I have darker eyebrows but my beard comes out sort of ginger and it doesn’t grow very thick. I always find people with darker hair and thicker beards look natural bald. I feel that being blonde and fairer haired is going to look odd. I’m also a teacher so the change in style going to work is really a big factor that’s stopping me from at least trying it. I need motivation!

I know some of the men that shsve bakd like to grow a beard but i think a ckean shaven look is better. A beard tends to elongate the face framing and actually brings more attention to the crown. To me the best look is clean shaven maybe a stache but nit a goatee. A horseshoe is fine to. Think patrick stewart as captain picard in tng. When i was a kid watching that show I never paid attention to the balding because he eas clean shaven and kept the horseshoe. Maybe it just framed the face better. I dont know but a long beard tends to heighten sttention to a bald crown. I also like the Larry David look to. A bit longer horseshoe and clean shaven face. Food for thought.

He could bring his hair back or are least keep his follicles alive I case a cure ever c8nes along. If I ever went bald and shaved my head I wouldn't look good. Not everyone does. @@Baldcafe he had follicles on the front still. Of course all of it won't all back with drug(no ones going to get their teenage or 20s hair back) but I have seen sucess on other people that were just as bald as this fellow. I can put links here so you can view it. Follicles don't die overnight. Vellus hairs can be near invisible but as long as there's something there in that follicle it can be reopened and improved. I just get depressed watching this channel. You've taken all hope away from some of these younger guys. That's absolutely not true. We have great micro transplants(they can even use beard and chest hair to add the transplant), minoxidil topical and oral, finestride, fibers and more. In the 70s they had terrible plug transplants, no drugs and shoe polish. This isn't the 1970s anymore. As your channel had gone on you dont promote things like keeping a horseshoe anymore or growing it out. You promote a skin shave. That's it. It's frustrating. Not everyone looks good bald. Some you interview still dont seem particularly ecstatic even months after they shave. I'm not saying full bald is bad by any means but it's nicer to see a balance.

@@danceswithcomicbooks7733 I agree with Harry here. Big + hair transplants would end up in permanent scarring in the back and a "less balding" look at best. It's what happens when a slow change happens in the mirror, you don't see it as quickly as others do because you see yourself in the mirror everyday and you get used to it, even if it's bad. It's like when people get a little bit chubby or fat, then suddenly realise they are fat. People always seem to realise these things way later than others can see it. Even with good things, like going to the gym. You will still think you look average/skinny/fat/whatever, but then someone will say you more muscular/leaner/bigger/etc, and you will suddenly think "oh wow, I have made progress" but you didn't see it the weeks prior.
