Love your Stang! I got the same color! I was actually going to do very similar mods to yours and happened to find your channel. Question; Im also considering a midpipe with a stock manifold and my borla stingers. Are there any other supporting mods i would need?

Thanks! Not to my knowledge, you shouldn’t need any other supporting mods.

Put spark plug antifoulers on the downstream 02 sensors for the check engine code, they cost $8 and work better than mil eliminators.. I’ve been running mine for over a year and never had a problem.. There are several videos on YT that show you exactly how to do this, it’s really easy and satisfying to eliminate such an annoying problem so easily and cheap..

The LAR x-pipe supposedly fits better than the BBK which hang too low… the welds and flanges on the LAR pipes are actually pretty nice for the price, the reason they are so cheap is because it’s a smaller business with less overhead.. I don’t have mine on yet, right now I’m running a rear cat delete with borla stingers and it sounds great.. I’m going to install the x this month and keep my factory cat deleted H pipe in case I ever want to swap it back over… The rear cat delete sounds so good it’s hard to want to change it, but I can always go back and I’d like to see if I gain any power and how good it may sound with catless x.. Are you installing your pipes or having someone do it??

Yes that’s one reason why I went with this one not only for the price but the fact it supposedly sits higher. I’m letting someone else put it on and I’m going to have them check the clutch issues too.

Looking forward to hearing it after the new x pipe is installed. I'm running a catless x pipe on mine with a pypes pype bomb catback and it's a little on the noisy side 😅 Not too bad though. I think you'll like the way your car sounds.
