Very smart. Good idea to do below the waist rail (?) where chippings and road salt can damage the paintwork. Reminds me of doing underseal on the beat up old 1970's VW Polo I had as my first car when I was still in Yorkshire... A sofa opposite the door and kitchen by the slider does make a big difference to the space and ventilation when cooking too. My parents late 1950's caravan had a large drawer that pulled out and a piece of plywood that slid over the top to make part of the dinette into a bed - this would work well for extending the sofa for Archies bed (with slats) - no need to make legs or a frame, just use the drawer (or two) for the slats to go onto.

@@PackTheVanAndGo No problem, its simple but worked really well. We lived in the caravan for maybe year-18 months when converting a barn, so it got a lot of use and still worked well.

The drawer front was a bit higher than the drawer and this kept the sofa/bed cushions in place. I've had to put velcro dots on my slats to try and jeep the cushions on the sofas, the big ones still slide off unless we wedge them in with one of the backrest cushions - or the ebikes.

@@PackTheVanAndGo I'm well thanks Rob and much happier now that autumn is here, which means cooler weather as I don't like the heat. The sun seems to have more burn to it lately and just doesn't feel that pleasant.

Hi, thank you for watching, hope we didn’t bore you 😂 the oven was hardly used, I hate cooking so only ever used the hob… so decided to get rid of the oven and going with a selected hob instead… still a good piece of kit though
