Raptor painting my Sprinter van with a roller for less than £300,or so I thought.Part 1 camper build

In this video I will be Raptor painting my 2017 Mercedes Sprinter van with rollers and brushes. The van starts as a basic fleet vehicle and the video goes through:
Equipment required to prepare the van for painting.
Techniques and tips to make the process easier.
Cost and timeline of the project to completion.
Raptor paint is usually sprayed on but can be applied with a roller and brushes with a little care. The finish is not quite as good as spraying, but for a budget paint job you can achieve a pretty good look.

What a lovely fella 😃 You wish neighbours like this chap. I have one like this one. I love him to bits 😃 I plan to roll my 27 years old Mitsu but I'm gonna use the raptor roller. That needs only one layer as it lays paint much thicker. With the not so correct roller it's time consuming AF. At the end of the day it's the result and the enjoyment the process gives that matters, I know 😊 I just don't want to spend 3-4 days doing it. I've got sooooooo many things to do😃

The only way to sort those lower body panel seam joints is to pull the sealant out, then you can properly get into it. Whatever you have to do to get it all clean then work from there. Those lower panels can move against each other a tiny bit, they’re not very well supported. If you can be bothered it’s a good move to spray the reverse side of them inside the sill cavities with a decent creeping wax like Dinitrol ML. Your technique is what made it a turn out good job

Did ypu know raptor do the propper rollers to? They resistant to the chemical so they don't melt the foam and they also textured to give a better finish.
