Contents Used
For dough:
2 cups of flour (240 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (6 grams).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
2 tablespoons of olive oil (10 ml).
For the filling:
1 piece of chicken meat (300 grams).
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
1 teaspoon of thyme.
1 teaspoon salt .
1 teaspoon, black pepper.
1 teaspoon of mint.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
half a lemon.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon of yoghurt.
2 tablespoons of oil.
2 green peppers.
For the above:
ketchup.
cheddar cheese (300 grams).
parsley.
mayonnaise.
Baking recommendation: 20 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
