I pondered about the rook sacrifice but didn't fancy it because I overlooked the diagonal check after Ke5
I suspected that the first move was the rook sac, but didn't go through the analysis, just watched the solution 😅

lol pretty much the same. I figured it had to do with pinning the black queen and that was correct.

At least I figured out that a King/Queen skewer had to be the goal …
"Because it is a puzzle it starts with a sacrifice." I should have remembered that typical puzzle tactic but I did not solve this puzzle.
