Necessary materials
1 glass of kefir (200 ml)
Half a glass of water (100 ml)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
4.5 cups of flour (540 g)
For Filling:
Spinach ( 500 gr )
2 onions
Grated Cheddar Cheese ( 50 gr )
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon salt
For the above:
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of milk
Cooking Suggestion: Let's bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

@@normabustamante1214 es una leche ácida de vaca de una consistencia espesa que se dice que es muy saludable. Yo creo que podrías reemplazarlo con yogurt natural o con el yogurt griego, el resultado para la masa sería el mismo.

For anyone who might not be from a part of the world that offers Kefir, you can use 3/4 cup of plain yogurt thinned with 1/4 cup milk.

Burada çok yumuşak ve ağızda dağılacak gibi duruyor ama bizzat denedim (birebir malzeme ile) böyle olmuyor. Katladığımız kısım taş gibi oluyor ve hamurun bir tadı olmuyor. İçine malzemesini yeterli miktarda koymama rağmen piştikten sonra homojenliği de kalmıyor.
