Ingredients for no oven easy cheese stuffed bread bazlama in the pan recipe
for the dough
400 g yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
4-5 glasses (480-600 g) of flour (The amount of flour depends on the consistency of the yogurt.I used 4.5 glasses (550 g) of flour in total)
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the filling
250 g of cheddar cheese
Feta cheese or cottage cheese can be used as well
Butter
The glass measurement I use: 200 ml standard water glass.

Greetings from Bangalore, India. This is a nice bread. We have a very similar one, but made with wheat flour. Baking powder is optional. We mix the dough using yogurt and stuff with cottage cheese, called paneer. We also add few spice powders. This bread is then called paneer paratha, popular all over India.

Busca Imeruli Khachapuri. Es comida tradicional de Georgia. Acá dieron la versión simplificada. Hay otras modificaciones: Penovani Khachapuri, Acharuli Khachapuri, Achma...

@@nikolozkobakhidze1421 even the word ‘achma’ is TURKISH. you dont even realize it was borrowed from turkish cuisine. that is actually turkish food, called ‘su boregi’. and this is a totally different recipe. have some respect and realize this first, instead of replying to every comment like this.

@@md-dp5bo when it comes to the combination of flour and cheese, Turkey has nothing to do with it from the point of culture and traditions. So you borrowed it definitely. I understand that modern cuisine is a strange mixture of everything. For example so called traditional Mexican food contains cheese that also is definitely not Mexican product. There are huge misunderstandings. Khachapuri is a visit card of Georgia like Döner for Turkey. Our main product is cheese. Please consider that Georgians are the only autochthonous people of the region. Look at noth Caucasian dances. They are interpretations of georgian dances and dresses are also almost the same. One nation that lives in the north Caucasus (I will not specify) thinks their national dance and dresses are really theirs. Actually the dance is created by georgian choreographers Sukhishvili and the dresses designed by georgian designer Virsaladze in the past century. It happens.
