GUYS HELP me please. I have a transit of 5.5 hours and I was planning on meeting someone in Turkey there during my transit. So during that transit I’m planning to go outside of the airport. Is this possible? (I’m not talking about a visa, I have a Turkish ID alr, but rules, regulation and time-wise? And how much time do you think I need, to go to my transfer second flight all the way outside from the airport. How many hours is enough do you think?

it was around 30 US to get to the area around the old Atuturk Airport where our Hotel was.

Hi, I was told by the San Francisco Turkish embassy, that I need to get a visa just to meet my cousin at the airport while I am transitioning and it will cost $190 USD for having dinner at the Airport. In you video you said on arrival Visa for $30 are you also a US citizen or us cheaper for you for another reason?

When you are in transit at Schiphol Airport, you don't need a visa, so make an appointment there.

No. You dont have to. I travelled to Egypt and layover in Instabul airport, no Visa for Turkey required.

2nd busiest in Europe? I don't think so. The last representative numbers say: 1. London Heathrow, 2. Paris Charles de Gaulle, 3. Amsterdam, 4. Frankfurt, 5. Madrid and 6. Istanbul. But I'm interested to see the new numbers for this year.

Actually to the west of the Bosporus is Europe to the Asia is Asia. That is why it’s known as “where East Meets West” the airport is on the Western part of Istanbul
