LAX has 9 Terminals, 1-8, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal. One way to tell what terminal you are in is to look at gate numbers. The 10s digit will tell you what terminal you are in. Terminal 1 has all gates in the teens range (and gate 9, 11-18), Terminal 2 has gates in the 20s, Terminal 3 has gates in the 30s, Terminal 4 has gates in the 40s, Terminal 5 has gates in the 50s, Terminal 6 has gates in the 60s, Terminal 7 (you arrive there) has gates in the 70s, Terminal 8 (you depart there) has gates in the 80s, and the TBIT has gates in the 100s and 200s.

You entered the wrong place. You should enter on 8th Ave, not 7th. You walked thru Penn Station, and you needed to be in old Post Office building on west side of 8th Avenue.

Hey, so are you able to tell me if my 45 litre Pakt Backpack will not be allowed on? I'm booked for Zipair Business class this July. I've traveled countless airlines with my 45 litre backpack and never have had to check it. It always have been allowed on and fits in overhead storage. Can you shed some light on that for me?

I was just there in February and the same thing happened to me. I was never asked for a single thing other than my passport. If anything I'd say I was mostly ignored. (Which I like)

I vividly remember the people movers at the PIT airport. In fact I rode them before I rode Atlanta’s. Couldn’t be more disgraced at the questionable decision to get rid of them since they could have been repurposed to transfer people from the hotel to the main terminal.
