Once her foots in the door and he refuses (and he will refuse, it's what her lawyer is expecting) then that will give her grounds for a judge to decide what ,if anything, shes entitled to. She knows that too. And he's not going to want to go through all the trouble trying to explain why she doesn't deserve a damn dime so his lawyer will instruct him to give her an offer of probably 3 to 5 percent of his net worth which she'll turn down. Ultimately she'll counter back at say 10 percent which is all she's really wanted all along. Her lawyer will take 40 percent of her share and they'll be hugging at the bank when they're cashing the check they more or less strong armed him out of before they either part ways or walk off into the sunset together. I'm so happy that all women aren't like her. Sadly though, many more women ARE like her that's coming out the woodwork with this new "woke culture " we're living in today..... lol, I bet he makes a point to end the rest of his relationships At the 2 1/2 year mark before the common law stipulation is valid...

Prenups mean nothing anymore in nz. They changed the name now and call it a "contracting out agreement" doesn't matter what you do they can sell take half it's getting worse every day. You got to be real careful who you date these days. All they have to do is stay one night or more at your place and be going out with you for 3 years now and then they can take half.
