@@maxkelly6664 Was he though? He could have been an MMA pioneer in Cameroon or Nigeria or even went to South Africa to train. He went to France because it was the easiest option (at least once he got there) for him to train while making use of the success of the natives. Established gyms, more stable economy, welfare, greater job availability, etc.I know he's giving back to his village now, but it's a little different than staying and building it with them this whole time like Dricus and his team have done. They didn't build it together; he just left, got rich, and bought them stuff. Still nice of him though.

I agree his opponents are silly for trying to kickbox with arguably the best kickboxer in the UFC, but we will likely see him against Ankalaev next. Alex is working the ground game everyday so we’ll see how he does. I think he beats Ankalaev.
