You could make a counter argument to that by saying mma is never going to be like boxing. Mma in its essence doesn't allow you to "pick and choose" your opponents to stay undefeated. Therefore, I think an undefeated record should be regarded as an incredible achievment in mma. Both of these guys lost (as most of mma fighters). If you told them they could go back and erase their losses, they would do it in a heartbeat.

I'm not saying that's what the UFC does when they match make but i feel like he needs to go down and fight less ranked fighters on his comeback to 155.. when he went down to 145 they gave him a grappler which was a huge mismatch for him ... Kind of like the UFC is doing with Kevin Holland. They gave him a great match against Wonderboy. I know that is no easy fight for Kevin but at least it's a great stylistic fight for him.. I feel like Hooker should do the same. FIght someone who will stand and bang with him ...

The typical bias you get from all the UFC fighters before anyone fights a daegastani fighter (a muslim fighter). "Charles's story is inspiring, blah blah blahhhh....." "Charles is the best finisher blah blah blah..." "Charles confidence is blah blah blah..." Oh yeh.. " Charles is illuminado..." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Well.. They have biases that's why. Those who knows Islam, knows never to bet against him. Dan knows how strong is Islam and maybe wants Islam to lose bad. Other fights they predicted are close. Yan vs O'Malley is almost 50-50.
