The filtered water is higher than bottled because the sixth filter adds good minerals

With your six stage RO system you have a mineralization filter for alkalinity so you are purposely putting tds back into the water. You’d be lower without the sixth stage

Im no scientist but using the same glass for every test seems counter intuitive

do I need the 3 stage filters for the RO sytem if already have a wholehouse filter and water softener?

Always go with 6 or 7 stage water filtering. My house has water softner. I did water test softer only help faucet doesn't clog

Have 6 stage , filtrer you have is mineral + alcaline. TDS mesure 0 direct whather RO merbane , not final stange. TDs testing direct. mebrane whater 0 0.6 mebrane god. 0.6+ replace mebrane. Or whater very slow , or fast filtre. TDs 0 use 5 stage ph filtrer ( not mineral )
