    I have similar sleep issues. No trouble falling asleep, just saying asleep, and when getting up at awful hours, for the longest time major ruminating dominated, anger, wanting to project emotions outward, frustration surrounding the inner child; very difficult mental state to snap out of, and it's easy to become toxic, or self sabotage in my experience. You cannot trust that person, I can definitely relate! Doing the group work on facebook, meditating, listening to the video's, taking ownership of emotions, and learning to observe emotions, and realizing I do not need to become them, has definitely helped with time! Just keep working hard on yourself, it gets better with effort, and understanding. Sleep issues can be a true nightmare, hopefully you can work through it.
