Love this. I have struggled with my confidence and self esteem ever since i got bullied in school for my weight and for being a foreigner (i.e not fitting in). It was the first time i thought there was something wrong with me and it was what planted the seeds of insecurity which blossomed with time as i grew older and experienced adverse life events which further added layers upon layers of self doubt. This led to some rather problematic behaviour as an adult such as chasing external validation, action paralysis/perfectionism, eating disorders, substance abuse etc Reconnecting with my inner child and true self has provided some clarity and helped me understand a lot of these issues and paved the way towards self acceptance.

I haven't got to the end yet But I find your comment intriguing plus interesting because it's surreal how I just commented previous to seeing your comment,how David immensely disconcertingly never beholds eye contact with poor dear Alex She seems so keen to please + get his acceptance but he comes'cross immensely cold

The word is sprightly, and you're both the essence of it! I do hope this comment finds you both so well! More and more, if I would just apply myself! I have never regretted a moment of the time that I have sat and listened to both of you! It is such a lovely exchange between you both intertwined with these simple yet profound teachings, such a beautiful vibe! ❤The energy is equal parts for family (spiritual and off the charts cute as well!) & encourages your inner growth. Like, Christmas come and it go! (🎉say that with a southern accent for the full effect. 😂) but what I learn here, I take with me in almost every interaction. IDK, they don't pay me, I don't have any type of working relationship, weve never met in person, just to be clear. I was asking myself some questions, which led to KZread searches, which led me here. I've seen how some small tweaks have yielded a bountiful harvest. Grass doesn't grow where you don't water it, right?

I’ve had so many chances to make lots of money in the market, but I always doubt myself when I try to swing for the stars. I need to trust my abilities as a level two trader.

I’m not sure I yet buy that we can change our perceptions. They can change, yes, but can we actively change them? I’m not yet sure. I can tell myself I’m good enough till I’m blue in the face and it’s never helped me.

If you want to have credibility stop talking about manifestation. There is bad baggage caused by GURUs associating the word with magical thinking.
