Great Video!!! from UK here, got a JBLxtreme2, and can't fault it but I'm wanting a smaller speaker to go out with. To festivals, the park etc. Has anyone got any links for xb31 cheaper than £100? wanting to spend 60ish if possible

You might be able to find them in stores on clearance. Here in the USA Walmart had them down to $25!

@@EnglishDanReviews Cheapest I can find one is either 2nd hand, or £75 on amazon warehouse, so I think that's where im gunna have to get it :( cant believe its $25 in US hahah

The xb30 in England seems to be selling for more than the xb31

Biking enables the silly party mode. Then it makes all kinds of party boom sounds. I try to turn it off using the plus-minus keys, but that only disables party mode for a few minutes. I tried using the Sony Music Center but that too does not permanently turn off that annoying party mode. To the point I do not even want to use the Sony XB31 anymore.

Theres a red light on the back flap when it turns off that means its fully charged. Theres also a battery button under the flap that tells you how much battery is left.

Is it worth buying Sony XB-30 in 2019?? Please Reply.

I have the 30 and 31. I really don't notice any sound quality difference. The 31 has the Android charging system vs the Sony charging system on the 30 which makes the 31 better but the Sony charger is faster. Now that you can find the 31 for around$60 on Amazon I would buy the 31 over the 30 for the same price but the 30 is a great speaker. 31 is also waterproof and not water resistant like the 30. If the XB-30 is like $30 buy the 30 all day. I had two of the 30's and one quit working within the one-year warranty I sent it back and they gave me an xb-31 to replace it since they were not manufacturing the 30's anymore. I thought that was really cool but the 31 and 30 are very hard to pair up two 30's are easy two 31's are easy but a 30 and 31 are very hard to sync up.

My charging Port has broken on my beloved XB31. What do I buy now to replace it, please? Now we're in 2024. HELP! Or is there another way to keep it charged? I LOVE this speaker. (Edit - UK based)
