Er. Narayan Rijal is a Civil Engineer with specialization in Hydropower Development from NTNU, Norway. Practitioner of Environmental Flows in Nepal since 2016 with a number of projects such as Upper Trishuli-1 HEP (216 MW), Trishuli River Basin with more than 35 projects, Hewa Khola A and Lower Hewa Khola Hydropower Projects.
He is involved in the Environmental Assessments of different infrastructure projects including Hydropower, Water Supply and Sanitation, Buildings, Roads and Bridges. His areas of research interests include Ecohydraulics, Integrated Water Resources Management, River Basin Planning, Nature Based Solutions and Sustainable Hydropower Development.
Er. Rijal completed his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Institute of Engineering, Kantipur Engineering College. He loves to participates in different community activities and wants to helps other through skill development training and career counseling activities. He is also involves in professional engineering society like Society of Consulting Architectural And Engineering Firms & Nepal Hydropower Association.
He is currently working as a chairman of Paragon Engineering Consultancy and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. which is serving as a pioneer engineering consultancy here in Nepal for nation development.

Er. Rajkumar Adhikari is a professional Civil engineer with MBA degree. He has worked in different manufacturing companies like Shivam Cement, Ambe Steels, Siddhartha Cement & CG Cement as a Technical Project Sales Manager and as a Project Manager in the construction industry. He has diverse work experience in the construction industry from construction material manufacturing industry to the use of those materials.
Currently, Er. Adhikari is working as an authorized valuer of different commercial & development banks of Nepal.
