I recently decided to grab myself an AirWaav to see what the hype was about and discover any potential benefits for myself. All of my opinion and feedback is my own based on 2 weeks of Training with the device. Let me know if you've got one and your thoughts!

Sick review Jack
Would this work for a nose breather? Are you. Supposed to mouth breathe using the piece? I always breath through my nose, even when I run ( I use the oxygen advantage breathing method)

I breath through my mouth to try and control it, works for me to do that and open the airways
