Looks like you did well. Good suspension and good tyres help a lot when tackling difficult terrain at higher speeds. Don't be afraid to trust the bike a little. Remember that brakes can be your enemy as well as your friend if used in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Thanks for watching 🙂 I wouldn't like to attempt it in the wet! Those berms are pretty tight and they aren't very forgiving if you get them wrong 😶🤙

Nice trail ! By the way watching you previous videos riding MTB's I'm inspired and few weeks ago I got mine. Not very high budget, but it's pretty good. Great video !!

Ahhh that's nice to hear! 😁 Glad you managed to get a bike (there hasn't been alot around for a while, all sold out during covid) Let's hope you can get out on it and enjoy the many trails popping up all over the place in the UK! ☺️🤙

Thanks for this. I was looking to see if this trail would be fine for my 6yrs daugther.But listening to you it's probably too steep for her and the climb looks hard too. Aren't there any routes for families in Cwmcarn? I will have to go only with my son to do the reds.

Yeah, I would say that this is too steep for small children. Currently I am not sure on the status of the trails at cwmcarn either, I've seen a few comments that the trails are in bad condition at the moment. As far as I am aware there are no family cycling routes as such, just a flat path around the small pond/lake near the visitors centre but I think it's more for walking really. Thanks for watching though ☺️
