Cwmcarn was my favourite of the old dragon dh courses, closely followed by mountain ash. Oh and Taft buggy trails was always a blast too 👍

Used the bike shop there on my last visit. He got me out of the s**t and reset my Bosch motor and charged me a tenner. Some nice tracks there.
Great Vid, next time get in touch with the Risca Riders do the off piste. Would be more your style. 👌🏻

CYMCARN off-pistes are bloody amazing, there is a ton of them and all ride well in the wet or dry. Proper natural tech rather than the boring BPW motorway types. Do some research next time ie strava and note where they are ( you get back to the uplift via the canal) (don't need the bloody ebike either) 😉 The only disappointing trail is the official downhill run which is a bit outdated imo.😉

Sorry we didn’t research and I rode an Ebike, anything else you’re upset about? 😂 as for that track, totally agree, much prefer off-piste, but didn’t know where it was👍
ahh the local :) i would suggest hunt down more offpiste. will mean more transitioning from spot to spot but well worth it. sure there must be some risca riders that can show you around
