Every time I swallow, if feels like I’m swallowing a flaming stone. That’s the only way I can explain it. It’s painful to the point where I need to squeeze my eyes every time I swallow.

hi if you can help me because i didnt go to doctor until now , i have been couphing for 6 weeks then i took medicne called conventeen to stop couph , it stoppped then there is pain in my throat or larynx if i drink coffe or talk to much or strong cold weather , the pain decreasing until i do mistake like one of those there is no horsnes no fever only pain now in throat this pain is 1 month it decreased but still didnt go so 6 week cough and 1 month pain from coughing may be i dont know if it is muscles i tried to predict , also i got pain i do excercise at home pushup pullup and squad after i do them i may get pain again now for example i ate kiwi with its protection it is first time to eat it didnt know :D and got pain again so should i take antibiotic or it will go away it took too much time 6 week couph and 1 month pain and may be the pain was the reson for coughing :( i dont know if you can help me man and predict what it is just say again ( no fever , no horsnes ) what i had before ( cough , pain in neck and throat sometimes throat sometimes other part in neck like mucle )

Bro why my sore throat didn't go away? I had fever but now it's okay sometimes i have headache. Every 15 secs i cough i don't have white spots in my tonsillitis what it could be? I had chill body tho but rarely.

I’ve been having bloody boogers for awhile now but now they finally went away ... now I’m dealing with a painful throat that only hurts on what side ... only that one side where my tonsils would have been has a white color almost like a white patch which is causing me ear and stiff neck... feels like pins and needles when I drink or eat anything on that one side (could this be strep?)

i have covid rn and i have a soar throat but its not on the upper right or left, its a little lower than the adams apple and it hurts so much right now, especially when i cough or look up

Lately. I've been having fever-like symptoms in the throat and chest for about a month. 2 weeks ago, I got a fever/flu for about 3 days and it was gone...came back a week later (last week). I've been tested negative for both the COVID-19 and Strep throat. Has anyone else been through this? It's the very first time going through this and 2 doctors already said it was allergies...but usually get an itchy throat and followed by a coughing and/or running nose in the winters (weather change) but this time I do feel the itchy throat a lot more as well.

Any updates? because I’ve been having the same issue for over 2 weeks. I saw my doctor and he said I’m okay. I got tested for Covid and strep throat, and I don’t have either. But my throat still is sour, it comes and goes on one side of my throat and then the other side sometimes.

I have been dealing with a painful throat since March went to the ENT Doctor and he said it was Acid Reflux but he also found a little cyst in my throat. I have to go back in mid July to make sure the cyst isn't growing. My throat is still in pain and now my left ear is in pain too!! WTF is happening? I been experiencing pain on my right tonsil i went to ent she said my tonsil looked fine and I shouldn’t be worried but it worries me because the right one is bigger than the left one and it’s painful I’m not sick or anything so that definitely doesn’t seem normal, I’m kinda scared not knowing what it is also I always think worst of the worst

@@mehran7394 sorry to hear that...get tested again because I tested negative for Covid at first, but then it wasn't improving so I tested again a few days later and it was positive. For my throat the pain was so bad the doctor gave me a liquid lidocaine prescription. You gargle with it and it numbs your throat. Doctor also told me the severe sore throat is typical for Omicron in particular. Hope you feel better soon.

@KZread S it lasted over a week, closer to 2 weeks actually. Then it took a few weeks after that for me to test negative.

Sore throat for months almost a year now. First I had strep took antibiotics still had sore throat even though I finished the round of antibiotics. Now tonsillitis taken three more rounds of antibiotics still have a sore throat with redness and swelling in one tonsil. Been to several ents pcps and still the sore throat persists Im just scared it’s something more serious and I feel like I can’t get answers from any doctors and I’m tired of living like this 😢

Can you help me please, i have relative who is 55 years old already, he suffered everytime he swallowing. He thought it just a common tonsilitis or soar throat but it always happen. He reached many doctors and recommend him to take some other antibiotic but it cant help. Everytime he eat salty vinegar sweet food . It brings back again. He said after he eat this kind of food there’s scratching on his neck. That’s why his food is very limited. This kind of illness can’t be defined. Please help us

Do whatever it takes to elevate your upper body during sleep. I put 2 small pillows next to each other below my mattress (head/upper body) and it completely cured my acid reflux.

Looks up Burning Mouth Syndrome if you have been experiencing sore throat pain

Why at the end he says if u don't have anything on the list it's even more likely to be strep 🤦🏽

Im on day 7 of the worst sore throat ever. Couldnt sleep or eat. Im coming around now, but oh my god. No sinus or cough anything, just a fever and RAGING sore throat. Put me on penicillin, seems to have done nothing.

am i the only one with Hissinh sound in my throat? it’s so annoying

I have a sore throat only when I yawn, its ok when I swallow. It feels really dry when I yawn and real painful.

@@gamble1380 Doctor gave me anti-biotic which worked.

I don't even know what to do, I tested for strep throat and it came back negative, but the pain I'm expirencing is unbearable and I have all symptoms of a strep throat, it feels like razor blades go down my throat even when I swallow my own spit, it is extremely hard for me to sleep. I have a towel in my bed that I spit in so I don't have to swallow it. Even my ears hurt. Any advice could help, I am thinking about visiting another doctor

Facing the same problem although the aftermath of my strep I got a lot of phlegm and one side of my ear would hurt...such a painful bacteria infection 😭

Woke up with the worst “sore throat” ive ever had in my life and this pain feels completely different then any strep ive had before, so i guess imma just sit here and hope my throat doesn’t close😂

I just spit blood outta no where the past 2 days it was just a little with my mucus I usually spit phlem but it came out with blood and they just said I had a throat infection , I had a cold to and a bad stomach , does this mean anything serious my throat doesn’t hurt anymore either I’ve took my antibiotics for the past 2 days ,

My Wife has had throat pain for 1 whole year! We don’t know whats wrong with her any help???? She saying its like she has a cigarette lighter inside her throat. Like a burning sensation. Some days she cant even talk any help thank you guys.

kankanshi gallardomo im doing better. I believe its just allergies because I gargle with salt water once to twice a day and the sore throat went away although its still kinda red. Bow i have an earache. So i think im letting anxiety get to me.

So 3 weeks ago, I had this cold with a sore throat and runny nose. 2 days later, the runny nose went away but the sore throat persisted. 2 weeks later, the sore throat was still there so I went to see an ENT specialist. He stuck a camera through my nose into my throat and said it was just viral sore throat and nothing serious. Now, 1 week after the ENT visit, my sore throat is still here and is still painful with no improvement at all despite gargling salt water everyday, using a humidifier at night etc 😢 In fact the runny/blocked nose returned. What is going on??

@@anonymous5338 Yes it’s better now, although I still get burning in the throat feelings for a while. ENT diagnosed me with LPR. After taking Gaviscon it improved a lot
