Is Havana Syndrome a Secret Russian Weapon?

Havana Syndrome is a strange and mysterious condition that has affected over 100 diplomats, spies and ambassadors from the United States over the last decade. What it is, and what or who is causing it has largely been a mystery.
A new investigation by The Insider, 60 Minutes and Der Spiegel make a compelling connection between Havana Syndrome and Russia, who may have been attacking the victims with a new weapon.
Officially the United States still denies a connection between a foreign adversary and Havana Syndrome.
In this video we look at the history of Havana Syndrome, and examine the evidence that suggests Russia is behind it.

I heard that sound in 2013 while talking to a university director in Trinidad, Cuba. He was telling me about the revolution not keeping its promesses to the cuban people. The director called it a cuban cricket. The next day, the army arrested every cuban in the city center. The sound didn't affect me, I wasn't sick or dizzy, it was just tremendously loud for a cricket. Not the crickets of Canada for sure. BTW, if they would scan 100 random people, they would probably find a high % of people with concusions, without side effects.
