Maybe. She’s been struggling forever per her. The way she glazing and praising famous people over their wealth and popularity I think she really did struggle or she’d always wanted to live in wealth And good status. The universe is walking with her now and she’s getting to shine. Great for her. Keke, I feel like you’ve got masters in journalism tho, you’re too good to be true😂. About essentially accusing her of, I don’t even understand what, because she interviews rappers. ?? I don’t remotely understand how that can be controversial. Every interviewer on earth wants to interview bigger and bigger people. Oh and just now Keke even said it. It’s not even about rap, she’s essentially alluding to that she did something wrong by interviewing black people as a white person. That’s not allowed now? Jesus.

Personal opinion, I think she’s probably more talented and well rounded than people realize. It seems to me that she has a habit of minimizing her own achievements and skills perhaps as a defence mechanism against the wave of people who get insecure when they see someone successful boasting their achievements. You see this happening on all sorts of scales in life it just so happens she in particular is under a lot of public scrutiny. Keep doing ur thing Bobbi I’m not mad about it.

I kinda relate to that so I am walking away from this interview appreciating the space that Bobbi takes up, I hope her journey in self love and self worth allow her to fully shine one day. Luck and opportunity doesn’t always come and she’s got lucky and has a huge opportunity in front of her to do what she has dreamed of. And she’ll learn about people more as expands her bubble. She’s a white girl so it is something she has to acknowledge that automatically gives her a leg up.

I think this happens to a lot of women..i do it, and it totally makes sense that it would be a defense mechanism..I actually never thought about it like that exactly..I was raised in a very WASP family by two parents who grew up in the Great Depression, and we were taught not to boast, (also not to whine, to keep things private, not talk about feelings..) so that's pretty much the same thing really, I just never thought of it in that way.

not to take up for bobbi or anything because i am a black woman and i do see what others see in some ways.. howeverrr i don’t think she had any ulterior motives because i just think it’s so much easier for people to get on these days as long as they are consistent in what they do.. which is why im not shocked that her and keke have the same managers. people see things take off just a bit and they want in. the funny marco interview got on our timelines because we like him so we watched the video just like im sure drake did, which is what got her that interview and so on. i do think she could’ve said more to help her case but i don’t think she was being malicious or sneaky by just interviewing with black people to get on, i think it all just fell in her lap and she decided to go with it. i think all the comments possibly scared her so she wanted to mix in some white people but it looked like she used us to get to where she is instead.

no, more so when you reach levels of success especially with fame/stardom you learn that wanting that typically stems from childhood neglect, gaslighting, sexual abuse (molestation/diddling), etc. So many chasing fame or finally achieve that "goal" realize they dont care to think about it and are typically dissociated in their everyday lives. And before you call me crazy, there are studies that show this. Many of those who reach next level success/fame/wealth of all races, genders, etc. I.e Drake, Diddy, Clive Davis, Dan Schneider, Epstein, Oprah, Ghisglaine Maxwell don't think about their impact on repeating cycles of abuse that they themselves endured in order to maintain that level of riches/wealth/ etc. Because remember that Classism will always be the "-ism" that will have true unity regardless of of race, gender, etc. because the wickedness it reaps and causes does the most harm.

Sometimes I can never understand how people want spaces of diversity but when they get it people feel like others are just there feeding off black culture. Like why isn’t the question more towards drake or the other artists on why they went on Bobby’s pod cast and not Marcos,l. The Opportunity presented itself and she took them. I don’t think it’s always fair to assume a persons Character off that. She was definitely closed off and could of shown more personality but some people can’t be a keke who’s been hard working in this industry for years and has definitely been a household name and an idol in my childhood. Keke said she’s been working for this for 20 years but realistically was a childhood super star so it was given to her easily. Most childhood actresses become huge ones & she’s been in so many iconic movies or shows since she was young. That’s giving industry plant more than someone that comes up randomly but that’s thanks to social media & like Bobbi said she had to change her content to be entertaining enough to reach the audience that she wanted. Also why is it Bobbi’s fault or why should she feel bad about getting where she has compared to someone else? Bobbi’s got a long way to go in this biz forsure but what it boils down to is people dislike her because she’s a newbie who got A list celebs on her pod 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ be mad Drake said yes not that Bobbi asked.

I think it boils down to her purposely using black rappers simply to make her podcast skyrocket in terms of engagement.

I really feel for Bobbi cause I also have social anxiety which makes me socially awkward. I know I’ve always been kinda shy but I think Covid was what really caused it to be as bad as it is now.
