“When a person breaks up with you, they’re not losing you, they’re giving you away.” So true. Breaking up is purely conceptual in the beginning.

What's strange is how two months can feel both like an eternity and yesterday. I don't know what he's been up to, but I've been working HARD on my emotional, mental and physical health. Somedays I want him, others I'm like, 'to hell with someone who didn't see my worth'. Isn't this a wild ride? Best of luck to you all 🖤

I couldn't agree more. I feel exactly the same. It seems like yesterday she dumped me, yet, it feels like an eternity. Some moments I'm doing great, others not so much. The funny thing is, I have way more to offer her than she has for me, but I fell in love with her heart, which doesn't seem to beautiful now.

my gf told me at one point she wanted us to last up to a certain date atleast and told me to promise her i wouldnt break her heart.... i told her lets take it week by week and enjoy eachother. she agreed and 2 months later she ended up breaking my heart. go figure right?

I don’t want my ex back anymore I’ve learned there’s better people out there and I feel more free. And you will to if you don’t get your ex back. It’s alright cry do what you gotta do but move on and it will work itself out

Thanks for your videos. I actually binge listen to them over and over. They help me stay focused, calm, and optimistic for the best possible outcome. @@m1ll1on4r3 This was a year ago, so I don't remember everything exactly. But I do remember her sending me a message that read almost word for word how Coach Lee said she would. I remember going back and reading it while listening to his video. Almost exactly word for word! However, her message came before I listened to Coach Lee's video, and I did not react how he suggested. I wish I had come across Coach Lee a little earlier than I did. My ex has now gone back to the man who physically, emotionally and mentally abused her. A man who she told me was a narcissist, a compulsive liar, a textbook sociopath, "the worst person she has ever known" and someone who she feared "was capable of murder" (her words). And she lives across the street from me.

Don’t loose hope. After three weeks of no contact I broke it & wished him happy birthday he responded and we met for coffee that day. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and watched tons of your videos which kept me going. We’ve learnt a lot whilst we’ve been apart and we need to communicate better and stop taking each other for granted. I’m going all in as I’ve always held back through fear of being left. Thankyou for keeping me company on those long sleepless nights 💖 hang in there beautiful people xx

It sounds like you guys had a fake break up if you only were split for 3 weeks. Also, although you guys are reconciling, I don’t think coach lee would’ve advised to wish your ex a happy birthday. Shifts even more power to your ex.

20 years but you look so young. That's just amazing. Thank you for helping me through those times of agony. Been cheated by my ex and he twisted the story made me a villain so people would not judge him whenever they would see him with someome new. Good thing I've came to ur channel,and learned a lot. Ur teachings made me calm and handle the situation with dignity. Now i am fine and i no longer care about him. I'm gonna wait for that man who is deserving having me.

Three months after my breakup my Ex came back after I went into no contact. And started dating again. I met a nice man and I liked him a lot. When my Ex called me I was polite but, I told him the truth. After that he came on real strong. He asked me to meet him for coffee.. I met my Ex and he looked like hell. He told me he wanted another chance. I told my Ex I was open to that but, I wanted to move slowly. He agreed and we are now taking our time enjoying each others company. hollyirisdrucker, that's the smart thing to do, and I wish you both well. @@Rizzy_K she attempted to rebound at one point. I took coach lees advice and went full strategic no contact at that point. Only speaking about the kids or when she reached out. That clearly crumbled on its own. I did all the wrong things coach Lee states at the beginning 🤯😨 I was surprised how accurate Coach is. When we started reconnecting fully my wife sent me this message “Believe me when I say it’s been horrible being away from you. You’re all I’ve ever known and I feel like a piece of me is missing.” Stay strong, & trust me. Staying away works

Been watching his Video for some time. I promise they bring me much comfort especially during my anxiety. You think about them all the time. Before you go to sleep and the first thing when you wake up. You hope for any sliver of hope. Been broke up since September 2nd. I had pleaded and almost begged her not to leave.I wanted to Marry this girl (Still do) I had to fall back... Too many ways she kept telling me she isn't there yet. Dumped after short relationship, did no contact for about a month, decided to reach out for advice. Arranged a phone call and it went pretty well, she reached out a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on after her advice. She has also started liking my social media posts from my recent trip away and we have texted a little! Keeping it casual, will probably talk again in a few weeks, wish me luck, trying to build up to a meet! Coach Lee is right 100% . I lost my ex after breaking up due to poor Managment from me after my breakup. I didn’t give her the breakup I was begging and bleeding and this got her away of me miles. It’s now 9 years after breaking up. I know my mistakes now during the breaking up I was too weak man and I managed the breaking up time poorly that’s why I lost her completely. Back in these days I didn’t know coach Lee videos. But his videos helped me understand a lot of what went wrong

I’m hitting the 5th month mark of NC and imma be honest that’s there’s still rough days where I’m questioning what I did wrong. It was a short dating window but it hurt more than any other relationship I had. I think it was the fact that I’m in my 30s and that things were great until the last 2 weeks where it just fell apart really out of no where. The part that hurt the most was when he said we can be friends even when we had a whole discussion about how we were not looking for friends and how we found it irritating when people want to friend zone you. Oh well, not my first rodeo and life really does go on.

Everyday, I get up, the first thing is listening to your video, i am continuing the NC, but i still feel extremely hurtful at night, I always have bad dreams at night

Hello Coach Lee! I was wondering if at some point, you'd be able to make a video on exactly how to handle different dynamics between the dumper and dumpee after the ex starts to reach out more and what not. I know to use no contact, not ignore the ex, and to be reserved and stuff, but I'd be really interested in a dedicated video on how to handle certain situations after there is more contact happening. My ex has bantered with me multiple times now, trying to pull the "you never say hi to me anymore" card, and she has tried to ask me about like, everything thats been happening in my life but im not the one carrying the conversation. She's becoming warmer and opening up more to me, which is nice. I don't want to ignore her, but not sure what would be considered too much talking/too much intimacy shared. I think you get the idea, don't wanna ramble on too long, but would be a neat video idea to see your advice on!

Mine said "We have no future together." Yet for the 4 months post break up he kept talking to me...and flirting. Know better. CUT THEM OFF. No contact until they really change their heart. It isn't worth the hurt.

It's supposed to be our 3rd anniversary in 3 days. After almost 3 months of our breakup, I'm deciding to just fully let him go & let go of the hope we'll get back together. Something in me says it's never going to happen. It's just painful trying to cling on to that tiny flicker of hope so I choose to just move on. I got dumped less than two weeks ago, we had just gotten back from a weekend beach vacation. I thought everything went great, awesome trip and we both had a lot of fun. Then I get the “I don’t have the same feelings anymore”. I was in shock, I thought I was so caring and considerate to her wants and needs so it hurt. We haven’t talked much after, she just wanted her stuff back. It really hurts that she doesn’t seem to care anymore

@@CryThunderdarealone I absolutely forgot I commented on this video. The short of it, she came back. Coach Lee is absolutely correct, and no matter how counter intuitive it seems, no contact is the answer. The more difficult thing is, you may not have loved that person the way you thought you did, and certainly having the relationship snatched away is where most of the pain and desperation comes from. I couldn’t trust her the way I did, I didn’t love her the same. I always found myself second guessing her intentions and how long it would last. It ended once again, about 3 months ago, but this time, I didn’t want her back. I even went so far as to block her. At the end of the day, I was worse off with her than by myself, and I needed to heal from not only trauma of the relationship but things that would hinder my future relationships. No matter how much you love someone Danny, you’ve got to put yourself first, because no one else will. You will heal, don’t get me wrong, it’s hard, today may not have been great but tomorrow will be better. If it was meant to last, it wouldn’t have fallen apart so easily.

Just passing one month of NC and I’ve been really putting myself first this whole month, I’m definitely a better version of myself and that momentum is gonna keep on going! Today was especially hard but I think it’s just the loss that’s getting to me. To everybody reading this, I was a very positive man, suicide and depression never made sense to me. But breakups hurt you so bad man. My girl broke up with me 4 days ago, and I felt so lonely, I feel like nobody was gonna have my back, depressed, and even had suicidal thoughts. Hello Lee...A lot of people say things in anger, but when they cool down, it's a whole new Ball Game. We've been apart now for over 10 years, and TIME was the main factor. After a 5 year engagement, he refused to marry me, so I left him. He rebounded 2 weeks later ,& married her. I LEFT HIM, AND IT TORE NE UP. He rebounded and married her 2 weeks later. CRAZY! Ex wife and I have been divorced for 20 years. We spent almost every day together from March-June and then it stopped, I was very upfront about what I wanted, her. She said she wanted to go slow because she “wasn’t there yet”. Anyhow she broke it off end of July saying she just wanted to be friends. I declined and told her I wasn’t interested in being just friends and to let me know if she changes her mind. That was 7/27, it’s 11/11…only contact was when she called me, I missed the call. She called my son and asked if I’d bring her daughter to cheer. I did, but really no conversation other than thank you. Not sure what to do…

My mind tells me I should move on from her because she doesn’t deserve me. But my feelings and emotions keep pulling me back.

The end is near Coach. She'll be coming back soon. How do I know? A mutual friend told me it was free balloon animal day. She could have asked for her favorite animal, an octopus. Instead, she got a penguin, which is mine. This was about 2 weeks ago. She still has it in her office, even though it's lost quite a bit of air.

Hi Coach Lee, thanks for your top notch Clips, they helped me a lot, the best thing is, i loved her, but it turns out, she has now a new boyfriend half of my age, an entrepreneur owner of a construction company, so the no contact rule does not really work out, but thats okay, we are "friends" and i am over it, mostly! ;-)

6 weeks no contact after a two month relationship and I’m kinda envying all these success stories of peoples exes coming back haha (can’t relate). It was my first relationship (not his) and after reflecting back and reading ‘get the guy’ by Matthew Hussey I’m starting to realise how little I knew and all the mistakes I made during the relationship. Not sure whether he’ll come back now or whether he’ll ever know what I’m truly capable of, but I’ll trust the process of no contact and allow the best outcome to reveal itself

I have watched all of your amazing videos, followed every steps and my ex finally came back after no contact. michaelg4044, I have a belief that I heard many years ago. WHERE THERES LIFE, THERE'S HOPE. Don't give up unless you know something for sure. Hey coach Lee, for about a month after the breakup I was doing the whole begging and pleading thing which now I know was the wrong thing but I never spewed anger and the last messages we had about a week ago I said it was probably best for us to take each other off social media and he agreed he didn’t want us to unintentionally hurt each other with our posts but expressed that it hurt his heart to do so but he understood. I told him he can reach out to me sometime and he said he would so I decided to go into no contact until he reaches out. I hope it was the right thing to do to take him off social media because it was only bothering both us seeing the other person. It’s a confusing process I wish I had seen your videos sooner.
