I’m confused - what information for people to become successful are you selling in skool if every example you gave for the ventures you had were failures? I feel like this smells of just more of the same thing where marketers are selling people on how to sell people but nothing valuable is actually being transacted. The marketing industry seems like a virtual information Ponzi scheme.

What I DO NOT get about Skool... After putting in all that effort into marketing, WHY would you funnel your traffic to an external provider (Skool) where there is COMPETITION and they take a cut?! Instead of funneling that same audience ONTO YOUR OWN WEBSITE?

The Skool thing is a con. Its a con because there are a ton of platforms out there where you can do the same. or alternatively there are website builders such as Thrive which makes it pretty simple to build a community online on YOUR OWN Website. Never hand all u=your IP to someone else, especially an entrpreneur.. I have a lot of respect for Hormozi and Ovens but they have stated this is to build and sell. The new owners will screw wit up and everone will lose. This thing is being pushed everywhere like crypto and it will burn a lot of people.

Gary said at one time yeah whatever you are posting you should post more and he did same and talked about how to repurpose stuff and get it onto multiple platforms, but then he also was more recently I think talking not about views but engagement like even if a post got 1000 views if it connected with that audience was maybe better than 1millipn views that didn't affect or make an impression on anyone. So I think his advice has evolved a bit. Like your bid here I started to watch to understand what Hormozi was doing with Skool better and I felt your personal journey was relatable and honest and I subscribed to see how it maybe works out for you and I liked the minimalistic video style rather than a ton of Mr Beast style edits and zoom instead and such. Instead it seems like quality online course content I wished every college professor instructor teaching data science course on Coursera would try to emulate more.

There are already a huge bunch of education plaforms for community learning including FB and KZread. People are already burnt out and anziously "group" surfing and now we are going to see Skool (which has done little in 5 years) be pimped by Alex and 10,000 peope DM ing us to join. As i commented below, they will pump it and sell it as stated and the new owners will pay too much, destroy it, and thousands of people's livelihoods. The owners of the shopping centres make the money while the shopowners all fight for the scraps amongst themselves.

Love the brutal honesty, but it sure does diminish your credibility when it comes to helping other people get success. Failures are what get us to succeed, so it’s no problem…. Issue seems to be that you have no success to leverage and give you credibility in your new venture. Why would an aspiring coach/consultant come to you to help them scale a business that you have zero experience of scaling yourself? Sure you’ll win some, but you need more substance for long term success. Edit: great presentation style by the way - you’ve def got plenty going for you buddy 👍

Personally I disagree with your point about SMMA. SMMA is and will always be (in my opinion) the best Business Model to start out with. You learn how to outreach, provide high quality services and manage client acquisitions. Sure it can be time consuming and difficult to manage at times, but anything worth value is.

100% you’re not wrong - as with everything though, it depends. If you’re a teenager starting out with zero knowledge or expertise, sure, you’ve literally got no choice but to start an agency. But if you’re experienced in a certain skill, then no way is starting an agency better than this Micro-Education Business model.

It's fluff for beginners. He got to where he did by gritting his teeth and paying for masterminds. If you want to learn how to do anything I don't think his content can teach you much but cookie cutter things because he cast too wide of a net. Go to environments where people are doing the same thing you're trying to do.

Is skool the fastest way to 10k a month? Probably not for most people. If you already have an audience - yes it could work. But if you have no audience? Nah, it will take a while. Much faster path is to do 1-1 work for clients with money

Hi... i saw your post where you asked "Tell me why I should migrate my course and content over to Skool?" And no one responded to your question. It was a very good question. I did not know that KZread offered a membership section in it or offered course or content features. Can you PLEASE elaborate a little bit more about the features of the KZread membership section. And can you send me a link to your KZread channel so I can see your membership section? Thank you!!

IMO, There's no easiest way. Highlighting how much time it takes to try a biz model is important. If someone is always jumping to the next big thing it will be very hard to find success in any business model! People take years to build successful businesses.

I am game - question ?? What makes this different from launching using Jeff walkers product launch formula which is pretty much what you are doing up to the point of getting people thru the free high value sales funnel to buy your paid course on skill? Which seems to be just another educational platform like others out there already eg use my domestics etc

Skool is inferior as a tool though. People have been building online communities for 20+ years with the same or better functionality. Crazy how much people are eating this up because they have no idea how to build better systems

I don't understand.... Why do I keep seeing youtube videos saying that Skool is the way to go when KZread membership section has all the same feature that Skool offers, and they are more accessible and in my opinion better than Skool. So what are the benefits of directing someone from KZread to Skool... It seems very counter intuitive. Am I missing something, can someone explain to me please?

@bubbatodddan Hello there, my KZread membership section isn't activated at the moment as I have always been uncertain about the best way to use it for my channel (not this account that I'm speaking on) but yes there is a KZread membership section that you have access too when you reach a certain level of subscribers. In that section, you can offer different tiers with different perks, for different prices, for members- I personally think its better than Skool, which is why I left the question🤷‍♂️😂 You may of seen on some channels the button that says "Join" near the subscribe button- that is how you enter channels membership section for exclusive videos and perks, for a price.... I hope that helps 😊🙌
